There’s just something about the idea of someone fully clad in heavy plate mail prancing around daintily picking flowers screaming, “MINE!” at everyone within earshot.
Oh so you’re selling gold not buying, got it.
Well I was excited to log on and buy a flask today.
Flask prices are higher now on NS-Horde now then they were before this change lol. They were at 200g yesterday morning, and now they are 220g.
No… I make plenty of money irl. But its cute you assume anyone with more gold than you buys it or sells it.
Envy is a mf
That’s expected.
No one is going to buy BL and sell flasks when the price is expected to drop precipitously.
Low flask supply = higher price.
This literally does nothing but gives the Mafia more nodes Lol
The ONLY way to stop this is to have BL spawn with other nodes as chance
What a joke lol.
Just handed the bot mafias literally millions of dollars. For no reason
Theyre already down to 180. They will drop more
There are no mafias
I’m looking at the AH right now. There are roughly 60 flasks of supreme power on the AH, the lowest price ones are 218g right now
I am looking right now bro.
186g supreme power
130g black lotus
Theyre only gonna drop. Theyll rise again around bwl. The market will take a little bit to readjust and lock in
I haven’t checked flasks on WMC since I make my own, but wouldn’t be a shock on WMC if they don’t go down much since they weren’t ever all that inflated considering the way WMC works (no layers)
Tho I can see how the prices will indeed drop down on Fresh because new spawn rate X layers is a strong case for deflationary pressure via supply.
Tho makes me wonder why the kids are crying… they think they lost their shirts here but in reality they’re about to sell way more flasks than before and while the lotus price will be down a bit they will sell more because the price went down because now more players will be inclined to flask and as a result players will be using them so the price will not go as far down as they think making them actually more gold for the same /played as they had before due to the fact that they will likely be moving more product than as a % than the price decrease.
People just arent gonna be happy unless flasks are 30g.
that’s the problem people wanna flask for everything like you’re popping a greater agility pot. they don’t understand that flasks are supposed to be rare and for special occasions only.
They can get bent; that is never gonna happen because so many of these clowns bought gold so they could just buy edgemasters and lionheart all while saying “buying gold doesn’t hurt the economy”
Then they cry about the price of things… idiots; it’s just like when they raise minimum wage and price goes up they cry more.
No. They’ll lose on mats they’ve already purchased. If they were heavily invested in BL that’s their own fault given that devs have made changes to BL now in every iteration of classic they have released, but they will absolutely lose money.
Supply will always meet demand. If the market shifts such that flasks now represent a higher gold/days played as you suggest, it will attract new participants such that the gold/hour stays roughly the same. But that’s only true for the NEW BL price. If you’re underwater on mats you lose in a free market of rational participants.
yeah because 200g is so reasonable right now.
i mean lotus are 120g rn. What do you want it to be? It’s the highest value herb not sure what you are expecting
30 ain’t either. I’d want 60 g minimum, 40 other herbs go into it too, not just bl.
Sp should be the most expensive, silversage is the most expensive common herb. Add the price of 10 greater arcane elixirs to the top of every bl for fair flask price.
Never think for a second you always win at the casino, because that is what the stock market / auction house basically are.
If you think you’ll always make money then you are very new to the game and learning this hard lesson is good for you and now it’s time to step up and start to diversify your portfolio so that you don’t get caught with your pants down again.
No one will feel sorry for you here; this is just how things are, and just like the IRL sock market life is a crushing cruel bastard who will occasionally ruin your day.
Harden up and stop complaining because no one cares.
lol. What?
Are you telling me to stop complaining? I’m not in the flask market. I literally said it was their own fault.
Are you so upset that your made up macroeconomic “principles” were wrong that you just stopped reading?
