The drop is not over, people holding the bags have not yet capitulated. people are actually buying the dip, as if its a bubble stock market that only goes up.

Not even just Eagle Eye they are also camping the spawns under the map so they can’t be Pvp’d and can still mine the node from underground.
I spent some time today going around Era servers and doing /who 14 Hunter and it’s ridiculous how many there are in high level zones. Obviously there just to scout herbs. I also noticed that very low levels (1 and 2) would randomly pop up in those very same zones for a few seconds, and then gone. So I assume they’re either logged in right at the nodes, or hacking through the ground somewhere. But the process is 14 hunter to scout, and level 1s and 2s to gather. And that’s on Era. It’s probably worse on Anniversary.
The really sad thing is that if Blizz actually hired some GMs they could see all this going on and eradicate it in a weekend. But Blizz doesn’t care.

i hear a lot of people claim this but i have yet to see it happen, with the exception of one video that allegedly showed a bot coming through a wall after a player already grabbed the lotus.
if this is such a common occurrence, why isnt there a vast amount of evidence to show this actually taking place?
Because it isn’t.
People watched one video and because they are mad lotus is pricy, they apply this one video to all lotus spawns on all 6-7 layers 24/7 round the clock.
Most of these people don’t even farm lotus. These people also believe bots farming things make the price of said things go up, which is the complete opposite of what bots actually do.
I know a dude who farms lotus every server. He’s the guy with all those hunter accounts scouting lotus. He’s stupidly rich every server farming lotus. This is the guy who people thinks “are bots”, yet is a player and plays the game, chills in discord, plays alts, ranks etc. Truth is this is the chad who puts in more effort than everyone else which is why he is successful.
Really? he farms lotus on EVERY server and you think hes not botting? okay then lol

The MMO experience is significantly hampered by the automation of activities and the ability for people to run 20 accounts to scout herb spawns and other such activities.

I farm the same thing over and over on every server too. Because it works. Why wouldn’t i?
Some people are just more dedicated than you. It is what it is. Some people dedicate more time and resources to farm lotus oh well.

I don’t think they’re farming on every server that’s open right now. Just whatever server they’re currently playing on.
While there’s certainly some form of botting going on, it’s extremely difficult to have a successful and consistent bot farm things like black lotus.
I had a guildie post a video of a farmer with rez sickness come through a hive wall in Silithus. These things are happening but not to the extent that people make it out to be.

Yes, botting is a thing and is happening to every resource but there is no bot mafia preventing dedicated players from farming them all together

Pretty certain this has removed the crusader pattern drop from the game. Aside from being x6 over the kills for 1 pattern drop, nobody here farming it has seen it since this update. Because of this the pattern has gone from a consistent 500g to 1200-2000g.
