hi i have billing issues and have beeen trying for weeks to resolve it but the GMs dont read whta the others have posted nor do i belive there reading what im telling them…if i could talk to someone from billing for 5 min we can get this situation handled its not something simple that can be taken care of its gonna require someone to look at my account and sort it out and then it can be resolved. please for the love of God someone contact me to get this nightmare over
Sorry to say, but that isn’t something that can be done here. The GMs are only contacted via tickets, live chat been closed a while and I believe call back is either set for a given timeframe where they setup a time to call or that been closed too.
More to the point, what is this billing issue?
On the back of Zenjy’s post, I don’t know that they do call backs at all anymore. Everything is done through tickets.
But yes, if you would like to say what the issue is, perhaps we can help get you to the right ticket path or offer some insight to help get this situated for you.
You have been given options, numerous times.
If you put on Battlenet balance to cover these numerous chargebacks, then put in a ticket, they should be able to get this sorted for you.
That was the last response you should have received from your last ticket.
i just seen the new responce from the GM and have followed them instructions and now im waiting for them to apply said money to account and unlock everything
