Continuing the discussion from Billing issues:

i have taken care of the bank situation and have repaid erything and its now been 24 hours and still nothing has been done. when will my account be made whole again it shouldnt take thiis long and nowi gotta wait another day and a half for them to even look at the ticket. this is nuts. i made things right its time you step up and make my account right

But it does, after all you complicated things massively then with numerous chargebacks. If I were a business, I wouldn’t even do business with you anymore just because of that.

So you’ll just have to have patience at this moment until your ticket reaches the front of the queue and then the financial department probably, monetary things are sticky once it reaches that point and they want to be very sure they got the money and you’ll get your access back, probably.

says numerous times which is not right i kept explaining to them it wasnt that easy as it was multiple issues and it needed to be handled by someone on the phone or someone to look into it deeper as they werent reading what the issues were and the last note i got from a GM was 24 hours and id be whole again. well its been 24 hours and yet here we are

That isn’t a possibility and hasn’t been for some time.

Make sure you are keeping your tickets short and concise. Clearly explain the problem you are having.

Tying multiple issues up in one ticket might also make it much hard/take longer to solve.

Yes, you do. I won’t go into the “This is all because of what you did, and Not Blizzard”, as I think you know that now, but what you MUST do is wait on your ticket, you cannot jump the line, and Blizz is very busy at the moment with tickets, that cannot be helped. All you can do is wait.

ok i got word that payment was cleared but several toons are still locked out i have cleared cache and the battle.net folder and that did not work. what should i try next. or is it still on your end
