void elves can get red eyes too
i never really understood how people who wanted san’layn could also support alliance getting a horde race. it pretty much ensures san’layn wont happen. maybe dreven was the last and their story is done and that was blizzard giving them an ending
well nzoth eyes, which are orangey red with yellow and black slit pupils. not nearly as pretty as wrathion style red.

there could be different shades of red to orange with one being a very strong red for velves
blizz said they wanted to give everyone features they could use to rp similar races not yet playable, so velfs and belfs got helf blue eyes. no reason why belfs couldnt also get dark ranger red, which technically isnt a san’layn feature exclusively but could work for it. then its up to skintone and tats/scars/markings

Lions for Stormwind. Fist for Stromgarde. The L thing for Lordaeron. The Three Claw marks for Gilneas. An Achor for Kul’Tiras. Mark of Dalaran for Dalaran. the Hawk for Alterac.
I rather like this idea too.
I still want some light aspect to show through but nothing super important. Just a nod.
Pheonix stuff though? Thats very Blood Elf. If its got a fiery effect all the better for me personally.

Both of these to give red eyes work I think.
Personally, I prefer Void Elves with the N’zothy style eyes. One of them gets rather reddish and thats where I’d like to see them go.

When. By any stretch of the word. Did any of the majority of us support high elves? I said I was entirely indifferent and felt (still feel) void elves were a mistake. They happened, and now we get to deal with it, though. This is the last thing I’m saying to you.
Stop. Pushing the narrative. That we wanted high elves.
Most of us didn’t.
People who push red eyes for exclusively void elves annoy me to death. Not going to lie. Both of them should get it, or just blood elves. Personally think it should just go to blood elves. But both would suffice.
Edit: Also keeping you on ignore permanently so I’m not responding to a thing you say, just so you know. 
I am not a fan of light stuff but if we got that along with the phoenix stuff, I wouldn’t mind at all. I would just want a focus on phoenix stuff (or an even mix) in this case. I definitely would only use phoenix stuff though myself, but in this case, it would satisfy both parties.
This, and red for blood elves, would be awesome.

if they did nzoth type eyes for void elves, its possible one of the shades could be red. a mouth full of sharp teeth suits them as well
Speaking of Light and Phoenix stuff, how did you like my Runic Tattoo/Scarifications list?
Think it could work for San’layn/Dark Ranger/Felbloods too?

Love it, I definitely think so, yeah! I still need to start the felblood thread, possibly tonight. I just am bracing for ‘OH GREAT ANOTHER ELF THREAD FROM HER’ but it is what it is. I love those ideas and feel they fit though, thank you for making the list ^^

Thanks! The biggest argument against them is the lore - which is understandable, to be honest. I would offer ways it could work, granted, but it’s up to Blizzard in terms of whether or not the lore would fit.

Huh, I didn’t think of DMF! I was thinking more of “If we have forsaken & DK & DH that can do it, it could work for these folks given they have free will” and also mention some of the demons working for the illidari.

dunno. i was arguing for them as allied race for belfs, and used dmf reference. then a sun based version also, so like a sun elf, similar in concept to phoenix concept, but their wings are not dark feathers. guess what they could be… hehe
