I mean, as I mentioned in the other thread, Warlock players were able to use “Light infused” eyes since BfA and no RP realm collapsed on itself thanks to that ffs (and as far as lore is concerned that would be one hell of a controversial if not borderline troll combination).
I just want more visual options using LIVING skins with the red eyes. To see how popular they may be (the more popular the higher the chance the devs will implement sooner rather than later)

Yup, I’m the weirdo on the thread as far as architecture is concerned. I vastly prefer the Horde capitol to the boring clustercensored word that is Storm wind.
I liked Undercity too. It was my favorite spooky city. I just didn’t mention it because it canonically doesn’t exist anymore.

Came up with a concept for Blood Elf Runic Tattoos/Scarifications.
Blood Elf Tattoo Concept
Style
- Magester Rommath/TBC Box Art and Indo-Arabic inspired geometric shapes and Sanskrit styled writings.
Position
- Face and Body are separately customizable. (Note; This will help with Demon Hunters who want the new Face Tattoos and want to keep Demon Hunter Tattoos)
- Large Patterns and Small Runes are separately customizable. Small Runes fallow along patterns of the Large Runes/Lines.
Colors
- Arcane Blue, Fel Green, Sunwell Gold, Blood Red, Arcane Purple, Faded, Black. (Note; These match Eye Colors and Demon Hunter Tattoo Colors)
- Can be Glowing or None Glowing.
Runic Writing
- Sanskrit Style. Like TBC Box Art
- Sketchy. Somewhat Cuneiform Styled
- Geometric. Abstract Shapes and lines.
Patterns
- Scryer. TBC Box Art on Face. Large circular/sweeping lines on Chest/Arms/Back.
- Rune Master. Large Runes across the Face/Nose Bridge. Large Runes going down Chest/Arms.
- Sunwell. Large Sun Shape over Eye. Large Sun Shape on Back (Or Chest?)
- Sunfury. Small Suns on the Shoulder.
- Grand Magister. Literally based off of Magester Rommath’s Geometric Arms Sleeves. Can continue on Face to just below Eyes/nose.
- Blood. Large Sweeping line across Eyes with lines going downward under Eyes. (T_T) Large line across Shoulders/Collarbone and going down center of Chest/Back.
- Filigree. Curving Intricate Patterns down Arms/Chest ending at fingertips/Toes. (Henna Inspired) Starts Under Eyes when on Face and going up ears.
- Arcane, Asymmetric Circles with dashes/lines going through them.
- Falcon, A downward pointing triangle on nose and a large sweeping line connecting under the eyes to the ear tips. Similar pattern across chest/back.
- Ashes, a Large Phoenix on the Chest/Back. Flame Pattern lines from temples to chin on face.
- Phoenix. Literally Farstrider Hanzo’s Tattoo.

I tried to integrate as much of the art concepts you’ve been collecting as well as some long standing request. I also tried to point out some Blood Elf Groups/Places.
IF Blood Elves also get the Red Eyes and Gem/Metal Color selection for Jewelry then it will be possible to mix and match ALL the customizations together and incorporate ALL the magical themes for Blood Elves.
I hope she is doing well/getting better.

You can start by asking to get the scars separated from particular facial options.
And regarding tattoos idk… maybe pop culture stuff?
There’s been talk about expanding the phoenix ideology of blood elves and I really like that idea. While I hate the idea of ‘lightforging’ and basically applying what LFD are to blood elves, phoenix is different.
It’s a fire, rising from the ash and flames to be fierce defenders of their city. In that case, brighter colors, like reds & oranges would be really pleasant, and I can see cool transmog with it too. I’d love addition of feathers, perhaps phoenix feathers in the hair. Ombre hair with phoenix colors. I imagine my dark-haired characters with dying flames on the hair tips, for example.
If we really want to play with eyes, we could even toss in a fiery glow effect.
This would play into mage fire themes, to be honest. A blood elf fire mage is extremely fitting. I would love to see those themes expanded and would be happy to have things like glowing fiery tattoos for blood elves, some in the shape of phoenix. With scars of course.
While I do want San’layn customization (and Dark Rangers) or allied race, I feel like Blood Elves are captured truly well with either phoenix ideology or felblood elves (Which I might start a thread for). Felblood elves as a callback to the extreme end of TBC, and Phoenix capturing the idea of blood elves falling but rising from the ash(es of Alar 
which needs an update.)
