BFA N'zoth Cinematic now Unlisted

I just said what they have in common. Also how about you humor me and just answer my question. Please?

To you, sure. But it made sense in this situation. Brack could’ve just done nothing and avoided the whole thing. He didn’t though, and repealed a lot of the weight of the punishment.

I swear I’m talking to a brick wall. I just told you that they did admit they did wrong, and told us what they did to fix it.

Are you even reading what I’m telling you?

That’s a bad analogy.

A better one would be if they decanonized both the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings along with the Silmarillion and all of Tolkiens notes then promptly replace Frodo with a two dimensional female protagonist. After bringing Sauron back to life even though the ring has been destroyed. Also Frodo is now a wizard/demigod like Gandalf because the real power was within him (now her) the entire time.

You know, the Star Wars treatment?

I was more referring to the obvious symbolism of the tower crumbling and the eye exploding.

Every aspect of that abysmal cinematic screams apathy. Too short, looks like it was produced by a third-rate developer rather than an industry giant with one of the biggest games of all-time in its roster. Feels bad man.

I already did…

Your only reason was that they belong to the same people, but the purpose of the videos have nothing to do with each other

They did it because of the severe backlash they got for it

Theres a huge difference in a page on a website (which btw was poorly made) and doing it in public

In Blizzcon they evaded mentioning any specifics, so people that werent aware of what happened wont even know what they were even apologizing for

Anyway we derailed this enough, thread is about complaining a garbage cinematic

I really don’t get this idea that people think N’zoth was killed too easily, he took a full force blast from the Re-origination ray to the face. One of the most powerful Titan relics on the planet that can completely wipe out everything on Azeroth for the purposes of starting over.

“Vanquished so easily” makes it sounds like he just died from us hitting him until he fell over.

That’s called an excuse. You flat out ignored the question, and instead went ahead and just tried to shut down what I was saying entirely.

So from what you’re saying there’s literally no way Blizzard could win in this scenario. It’s lose or lose. It just makes perfect sense!

/s

You don’t explain what that difference is. You just say random stuff that makes no sense.

It was the fact that he only had one patch, and the cinematic ending was just him dying, and i mean literally.

All the old gods have “Died in one patch” N’zoth was the weakest of the bunch, why would he fair better?

The Cinematic wasn’t that bad, again. Reorigination ray blast meant to wipe out all life on azeroth, including old god taint. Straight. To. The. Face.

If it can wipe out old god influence outside of a direct hit, what do you imagine a direct hit from a fully powered ray would do?

He’s dead. I rather think it was quite an appropriate amount of force to fully finish off an Old God.

C’thun had only a single patch. Yogg’Saron had only a single patch. Y’shaarj, what was left of him, had only a single patch.

I already explained why both videos are so different, you are the one ignoring here

They could have reduced way more, that would have been way better.

The page version was clearly made to drag on the whole thing so people would skip part of it, also they didnt made themself any favor by denying that China didnt influenced that decision (they should have not even mentioned that), specially due to the date of said article.

And a statement in Blizzcon was far more important than on a page, but like i said multiple times, they evaded mentioning anything specific, if people werent aware of the whole thing, they wont know what they are even talking about.

And yeah im done discussing this, thats old new and you are just making me repeat myself

Like i said we derailed this enough

The entire BFA storyline is pure garbage since day 1 so we’re not at all surprised. I get the feeling that story wise Shadowlands is going to get a lot worse.

He was the first of the 4 to be fully released, the others were imprisoned or pretty much dead already

It was more that the cinematic ended so abruptly, not how he died, there was no follow up, or anything, he just died, end.

It was really disappointing

Freaking Deathwing who was a slave of them had better ending

Both were imprisoned, and one of them wasnt even the main villain of that expansion

What was left of him was a constant danger during the whole expansion, that being the Sha which was a main focus and he was basically dead at that point.

At this point it feels like Blizzard is pretty much bankrupt in terms of ideas. Most horrible ending of this game.

Everything of this cinematic was so bad.

Several reasons.

Its an insult to N’zoth a long time enemy that has been working against us for several expansions.

Its a terrible waste of Nyolotha shoved into a single patch with no Nyolotha zone cause blizz is too cheep.

It blatantly steals the song from the death of Sauron from Return of the King to the point they may get sued.

It has no character interaction and its the shortest end cinematic since they started making them.

I don’t see the problem.

We killed N’zoth, but our work to isn’t done, just kinda fades out and continues onwards to the next thing. :woman_shrugging:

N’zoth was just part of the problem. There’s still alot to do.

I honestly can’t care about the silly ff14 rip off cinematic because the carapace fight was cool as hell.

Looking forward to some N’zoth pulls tonight.

I think thats the main issue, he was just an inconvenience

Az is the best lmao

What’s wrong with the cinematic?
