Phantasma allows players to improve their abilities by finding upgrades to their abilities inside Torghast.

Corrupted Mementos 2.0 but expires within the run

Jailer will unleash a horde of monstrosities into the Maw and the tower itself in an event called The Beasts of Prodigum, changing the experience. During this event you may gain some new powers that can help you counter these beasts, such as the ones below.

Madness Effects from inside the horrific visions but now expanded than being limited to 9 different types of madness debuffs

Vitality is a stat linked with Torghast, and looks similar to Sanity in Horrific Visions. Vitality seems to be linked with the Armory in specific, but could also limit your stay at Torghast itself.

Literally hardcore Sanity bar, except it’s now able to expire outside the tower vs expired in the visions

As you progress in Torghast, there seems to be an affix system called Jailer’s Power that progressively makes enemies more difficult. It is unclear how it works right now.

Same as faceless masks, enable all 5 masks, visions go to hardcore

I have said it before and will say it again…

Horrific Visions is literally a trial run for Torghaust, just as Netherlight Crucible was for Azerite traits, and Garrison’s were for class halls

If you didn’t like Horrific Visions because “I can’t”, you might as well get started on hating Shadowlands in general

God, it hasn’t even been released yet on alpha and you’re already calling people to hate it.

I feel really sorry for any game developer who has spent weeks designing stuff in game to be hated BEFORE they’re even tested.

Wow community is definitely the worst.

People hated BfA and Visions itself

It will be the same people going “Torghaust is hard please nerf it!!” As they had said with BfA throughout out the whole expansion

It’s a bit of hyperbole, but based on what’s been presented so far Torghast looks like a cool Wow version of Palace of the Dead that will be hamstrung by poor design.

Very disappointing so far.

And don’t say we can’t give feedback because it’s only alpha or whatever… That argument expired years ago and anyone saying it should feel bad.

i’m sure it didn’t help that league is a f2p game that doesn’t require a sub to post. if these forums let just anyone sign up and start posting, it would be a nightmare.

I can confirm just played a league of legends game where people were wishing for other players to die to covid-19 talk about toxic.

if i dont gank for my 0-5 top laner, you best beleive he’s gonna report me, wish a slow death on me and my entire family, and make sure that i know im a lil cuck boi with tiny pp. Also im bad. Much worse than he will ever be.

When I see threads like this, I assume they are sponsored by some crappy MMO trying to eek out a spot in the top 50 MMOs page on MMOByte. This one, for example, reads like it was written as a hit piece by the backers of Aion.

Premature and disconnected from reality. Go for a walk and come back once the meds kick in.

Eyyeeeeughh. Look, I get that some folks enjoy these, but I’ve already got raiding and pvp for my “things to do over and over again because I want stuff from them” activities. Just…tie the new macguffin armor piece to one of those, please.

You act as if you’re the only one that’s ever said this, when Blizz themselves said it. Your statement is logic, not something profound. All gaming systems build off of previous iterations. Or did you somehow believe that everything in every expansion was brand spanking new? :roll_eyes:

I get it u like timed content not me. i rather have something hard to do like mage tower then do timed nonsense.
