Tauren or Highmountain Tauren. Turn on your game sound and macro /moo into your windshear. The most fun I’ve ever had. People really hate listening to a cow moo at them when they are in a windshear lock out.
Is orc staying 20% stun duration reduction after the changes to all stuns + removal of relentless set bonus?
If so hands down orc, again.
I believe it is getting nerfed to 10% next patch.

Its an audio queue, so unless they patched it. It’s also unique to those two races I would be surprised it they patched /moo.
I’m not sure but if I remember correctly I could only hear jokes from people who are in my group.

I think that has more to do with the language barrier between Horde and Alliance in Arena. A moo sounds the same in every language.

Will the 5% cc reduction still be in the game in S2? If so Orc 10% will still only give 5% bonus to stuns like it does now.

No its replaces with 500 Primary stat for 10 seconds after Dispelling/CCing/Interrupting on a 30 second CD.
