It used to be 20% right? And is getting reduced down to 10%? Or was it always 10% getting reduced to 5%?
My understanding was 20% because right now TECHINICALLY Orcs are stunned 5% less then everyone else.
20 → 10 now

Still worth for many classes. I know it’s worth a race change back to orc for me if it means I sit 4.5s kidney shots
