Correct me if im wrong, but monks cant use zen flight on the dragon isles, right? If so then clearly its not just a druid thing.

Druids and hunters have been blizzards favorite classes for like , ever, they are hindered one time and its a big problem.

This right here. Dracs are litterally a dragon like class, therefore, they should have a flight form,an actual flight form before Druids. Sorry Drus but it’s the truth

You can’t turn into dragons, because druids do not turn into dragons. I don’t think I’ve encountered ANY Druid in lore that shapeshifts into anything dragon or dragon adjacent. Even literal god tier druids like malf, who spent eons around the green flight. Why on earth would they add it now?
You can’t use flight form for the same reason nobody can use their standard flying mounts. A game play decision to force players to experience the world the way they designed it, either on foot or by dragon riding.
I’m not sure why you’d want regular flying anyways. Dragon riding is so much better. Faster, more interactive, much more rewarding to do properly vs ‘’mount and click a direction”
I actually hope they go back and change all flying mounts into dragon riding mounts after this expansion. This is what flying mounts should have been instead of the incredibly boring forms of transit we got.

Not being able to transform into your little Druid bird (which didn’t even exist in classic) has not ruined an entire class. That’s a ridiculous statement to make.
Game developers spend time making a new system that they probably want to take going forward. It’s really not shocking that they want players to engage with this system.
Additionally, the alternative that we’ve had since WoD is no flying at all at this stage of the expansion.

Tbh losing flight form isn’t a huge deal. I don’t feel any less druid because I can’t flappy bird across the map. Also using flight form all the time is just as boring as using the same flying mount all the time. I personally would rather get around quicker than have my bird imo.

Bit disingenuous to bring up classic as a point since flying itself didn’t exist at the time either, but as a druid I have no issues using the dragon riding I can still herb on it only thing we lost was instant cast mounting.

Just give us dragon riding across Azeroth so getting to old content M+ won’t be a slog.
Or increase old world flying to the same speed as dragon riding?

Druids really be melodramatic when they don’t get a better version of the shiny new feature like they did with BC flying.
Meanwhile evokers are quietly sobbing in the corner because their version of dragonriding is useless in the expansion content it was designed for.
Also monks, who can fly, but at run speed.

Idk if ya realized by every expansion takes away flying at the start.
I’d love to dragonride in flightform or old mounts in the future but you are just being entitled af. Plus it doesn’t really make sense lorewise for a Tauren to turn into a dragon unless your name is Ebonhorn.
Maybe Dracthyr will be druids next expac and you get your demands.

Outside of just sitting there hovering why would you even want too. Flight form would be painfully slow in comparison, Its 280% vs 800%. The only advantage that remains just being instant cast. Since gathering wile mounted is granted to everyone via profession talents now.

Waaaah I’m a druid and everyone can harvest on mounts now and not just us…waaah its not fair!
Suck it up crybaby. Your class had a very biased advantage there for many year in which the bots got in on it. Moving to a node where 9 flight form druids just hit it before you get there sucks. Maybe the OP never had that happen but suck it…up.
Dragonriding is not only fun but it helps speed things up.
Now if they would only give us the option for the rest of the continents amd xpacks.
