My wife actually met someone where she worked who plays wow. Normally this would be a time for being optimistic and talking about how excited we all are for the next xpac. All they could talk about was how broken, rushed and utterly goofed this patch has been. Loss of FSE was one of the biggest gripes.
Blizzard has cut corner after corner the expansion to try and get BFA out on a deadline. They just remove systems, features and options anytime something is giving them difficulty it just gets 86ed.
Artifact Appearance System - broken
Fullscreen - Removed
Guild Permission System - Removed
Short Race Camera - Broken
And the list goes on and on.

You know, you may be on to something here. At first I thought they didn't want to implement fullscreen cuz they are stingy and always want it "Their way" but now I think they just got too lazy and couldn't figure out how to make it work with their graphics upgrade or whatever new coding they put in place and so they just took the easy way out and disabled it.
Why is Blizzard so lazy lately? Pushing out buggy content every few weeks is not what we want.
WTB the old Blizzard where "soon" meant waiting a long time but having something worthwhile and working in return.
Bring the fullscreen back!

If you get a response at all.
It's a new patch, things were changed and lots of friction associated with these changes. Their tech support department is understandably busy.
I've posted (among others) about this issue in the tech support forums. It's well documented enough, bringing it to General Discussion allows for more community exposure and support for this issue.
Besides, the impact of removing EFS to AMD/Nvidia technologies (that in client/PC setting tweaks can't fix) merits a discussion on the value (customer satisfaction); of returning the EFS feature, disregarding the issue or Blizzard developing a fix.

Notice "a support forum". There are tons of forums for computer help out there each one is a better alternative to the forums on this site.
