Battle Pets Unleashed - A Game-Changing PvP Battle

I want to revolutionize pet battles.

This pet battle game is no longer turn-based, but a free-flowing fight. It’s like battling a Hogger.

Introducing a new and exciting pet battlefield - FFA PVP with 4 players in a top-down perspective. The battlefield is square-shaped, just like a DOTA map, and each player is located in one corner of the map, connected by paths to each other.

To participate, players must first collect 30 level 25 pets.

Here’s the twist: you cannot choose which pet to send out. You will always send out a random pet, but you can choose which lane to send it down. Each pet has a type and various attacks. You will be able to see which pet you will send out next and its 3 active attacks. It doesn’t matter which attacks you have previously chosen for that pet. Some types of pets cause more or less damage to other types of pets.

The battle will be a continuous, free-flowing fight. When pets meet, they will battle each other. Each player has 5 lives. If an opponent’s pet reaches you, you lose one life.

As an example, let’s take a look at a frog:

  1. [Dinner=105678]
    a) Frog Kiss (Standard Attack)
    b) Bubble (10 Sec CD)
    c) Swarm of Flies (Passive AoE)

Dinner is a well-rounded fighter, with both single-target and AoE advantages.

  1. [Pixiebell=87952]
    a) Arcane Blast (Standard Attack)
    b) Moonfire (20 Sec CD - Changes the lane’s weather to moonlight)
    c) Life Exchange (20 Sec CD - Activates when Pixiebell has 10% life left)

Pixiebell is a strong single-target fighter, but is at a disadvantage when it comes to AoE. With Life Exchange, Pixiebell is a game changer, able to heal itself and deal massive damage to a full enemy unit.

  1. [Gillvanas=147715]
a.1) Bow Shot (Standard Attack - 100% DMG Humaoid)
a.2) Shriek (Standard Attack - 50% DMG Dragonkin, reduces the target’s damage by 25% for 10 seconds)
b.1) Haunt (10 Sec CD - During the curse, Gillvanas lies dead on the ground and only revives when the target dies. Cooldown begins only when Gillvanas revives.)
b.2) Call Darkness (20 Sec CD - Changes the lane’s weather to darkness)
c.1) Unholy Ascension (Deathrattle - curses all enemies on this lane for 30 seconds)
c.2) Raise Dead (Battle Cry - Revives all dead pets that died on this lane with 5% health)

Gillvanas has a total of 6 attacks, but can only activate 3 at a time. Each summon is random and will be either a.1 or a.2, but never both. Gillvanas demonstrates the extensive variety of pet abilities, with a Deathrattle and Battle Cry being introduced to the game.

The hero (you) regenerates 0.5 energy per second, and it takes 5 energy to send out a pet. It will take 10 seconds before a pet can be sent out. The maximum energy is 40, allowing up to 8 pets to be sent out simultaneously. The energy regeneration rate increases over time, making the game progressively faster.

I hope you enjoy this proposal, and I am open to criticism and feedback.
