Banned for unauthorized program when I had same setting for over 1.5 years

I know this is not the place where I try to appeal my account.
My account is banned for using unauthorized program in-game, and the reply from GM saying they have confirmed their findings. I had same response from 4 appeals I oponed.
I had exactly the same addon list, and the only program aside from WOW client is TSM application in the background could possibly react with this game. I had the same setting for past 1.5 years I spent on this game. And I’m trying as hard as I can trying to get it appeal, but I don’t felt the GM has review my case thoroughly.

My account is banned on the second week of TBC release, and only thing I have done in past a week before I’m getting banned was raiding 15 hours with my guild and getting 10/10 on the first week. Other than that, I was only on the game buying strat boost for my alt that I"m leveling. I have done nothing else on that week because I’m busy with work oncall.

If any GM could seen this, please spend some time review my case. That toon has all the time and effort I’ve spent on this account, and I would never try to risk anything on it. And I just re-sub 180 days on the account right before I got banned.

Blizzard doesn’t have the man power or resources to do anything other than automated ban you, then copy paste replies to appeals.

That’s what my friends told me so far, I trying to find if there any way to catch the attention. I just can’t give up everything I spent for last 1.5 years on this game.

Luke from Linus Tech Tips was banned for something similar, and only got unbanned months later because he mentioned it on a podcast with hundreds of thousands of viewers. Of course, I don’t know if you are innocent or not. However, even if you are innocent, the odds of getting Blizzard to give you a fair review is slim, unfortunately.

General Discussion is not going to have anyone respond who can legitimate help you.

I tend to find it difficult in the fact you’re entirely innocent of any wrongdoing, but Blizzard has most definitely made errors in the past and in the event this is one … you’ll have better luck getting help on the Customer Service forum.

Um, thanks for sharing?

If you paid for six months and they are denying you access get a refund. Do a charge back if necessary.

How long you used something that you shouldn’t have doesn’t make it OK

Did you use any mods to automate any actions while getting boosted such as auto following in and out of dungeons, auto paying when trade window opens. Ect, ect, ect

The title should be… Cheater doesnt learn his lesson, shares his cheating butt with the forums

Only had Addons from Curseforge and TSM Application. so there is unauthorzied addons on curseforge?

The recent banwave is against paladins running Strat.
Perhaps this has something to do with it?

I wonder this specifically too

He said he was banned second week of TBC so that’s not it.

If it’s an addon using the api its fine, if blizzard doesn’t like something they break the api needed (like the wrath draw on the ground addon, no one was banned for using it)

I did not even wirte in game macro to trade, I did every single trade manually.

The TSM desktop application is not an addon and is not availble from Curseforge. I have no idea if that is an issue or not. But a huge number of people use the TSM Addon (not necessarily the desktop application). I’m one of them, so no, there shouldn’t be an issue with using Addons downloaded directly from CurseForge.

Your ban is due to being present in stratholme. Blizzard has been randomly banning players farming there and even their boosties because they can’t be bothered to actually figure who’s a bot and who’s not. Keep appealing. This issue is affecting a lot of players.

Exactly what add-ons do you have installed. Don’t leave any of them out.

CurseForge is not run, nor endorsed, as far as I’m aware, by Blizzard.
