Will you stop spreading misinformation about how Blizzard moderates their games, and also, would you stop trolling the forums. You’re on the most heavily moderated part of the forums, and just like everywhere else, trolling should be avoided, especially also with spreading misinformation.

Alright for those of you who are wondering. When you submit a ticket, you are getting a response from an actual Game Master, and this is how I know. Since my Bann was reversed for mistaking me for a bot since I was playing 24 hours+ straight. I too wondered if it was automated or an actual person since I had never experienced communicating with blizzard in over 17 years. I have communicated through tickets with many different Game Masters, and it is 100% an actual GM. They would stick to a format when replying but also had some personal response in the ticket as well. They gave me condolences on my ma, gave me advice, made me feel understood and many more things. They always keep it very professional but at the same time each Game Master lets their personality show. I have continued to talk to many different GMs about other question inside game as well as my account. Each time they are super helpful and upbeat, you definitely know you are talking to a real GM each time. I would not recommend getting in trouble to find out like someone suggested, but there is a section for feedback. If you ever want to say what you appreciate about the game or what you would like to see improve. I’m sure you can find out for yourself it’s a real GM when you get your response.

It always has been this way, but (unfortunatly), people have figured out that lying about this gets you likes/retweets on twitter, and upvotes on reddit, so all the lies stick around and get amplified for far too long.

You can’t. This is left up to the moderation or the SFA’s to do.
