Why are you the arbiter of what’s fair and just? The group requires a majority vote which allows for each group to decide on their own independent of your mandate what’s fair.
Cause people are too immature to tolerate each other like civilized adults that we must have a kick feature. So we can kick people out like children as we laugh at their misfortune.
Most vote kicks are for people causing problems. Yes, some trolls abuse it, but its the lesser of many evils.

Little do they know we have Delves now which makes group content obsolete. We can get 600+ item level gear from Tier 8+ Delves.
On a case by case basis, how would they determine who exactly is innocent when it comes to being kicked.
Something to keep in mind is that these penalties apply to everyone across the board.

changing to “all players must complete a dungeon or get a 30 minute penalty regardless of circumstance, oh by the way you can be kicked for any reason because majority rules and have fun with that debuff by the way” was unnecessary.
You thinking you’re the arbiter when it comes to people getting kicked, automatically judging them as doing bad actions. Same thing, innit?
In relation to LFR I signed up to do all the bosses of that wing; not to be backfilled and then have to restart the wing to down the bosses that the system caused me to miss.
I have no ability to target bosses when I sign up again, assuming I don’t get backfilled a second time. Which has occurred, though admittedly not frequently.
If I requeue to hit the first boss skipped by the system due to backfilling, I shouldn’t be forced to stay to defeat the rest of the wing with no possible loot rewards just to avoid a 30 minute debuff.
This does need addressing and so far from Blizz it’s all been crickets.

ALL PUG players should move over to Delves only.
