I didn’t like it was Garrosh any better than I like it now with Sylvanas. They handled Garrosh and the orcs terribly and for the record I am very much a present day whiner. You might not my character level? I haven’t and don’t play BfA. I think what they have done to the horde is terrible.
However one of the things that really bother me about this expansion is it basically makes it seem like the Horde learned absolutely nothing from going through what it did with Garrosh. It just doubles down with the problems there were with Garrosh.
One thing that is new is player divide. Alliance and Horde players sniping at each other was a thing before. What blizzard has manage to accomplish this time was set Horde players against each other, so much so that we have people assume this has anything to do with what race in the Horde is getting slapped with the villain stick. This isn’t about what race it is. It is about what doing it to the Horde does to the Horde as a whole. If Lor’themar took Saurfang’s place in the story and did the exact same things I would be equally disgusted.
Seriously this isn’t a problem caused by the fan base and so I have no idea why people keep feeling the need to pretend it is somehow another fan’s fault.
The reason is simply they wanted a faction war and Vol’jin would never have allowed her to get away with this if he was in charge unless they ruined him by making him complaisant. They cant do there MoP rehash if they don’t have an evil warcheif in charge.
So they have Sylvanas take over and drag the Horde down into the gutter again. Honestly I kind of wish they had just killed her off with Garrosh and spared us this. I was rather bothered by her survival but just couldn’t believe they would drag the horde down the same story again.
Of course that would bother some Sylvanas fans but I never really got the appeal of any of the WIndrunner sisters and it seems like a lot of Sylvanas fans have bailed out at this point in BfA since it is pretty clear where she seems to be going. God, if only she could drag Calia into whatever dark abyss she will likely end up disappearing into.

Why would you shoot a man before throwing him out of an airship?
i mean she really couldn’t kill baine, just imprisoning him put a lot of strain on the horde as several members are starting to scheme, if she killed baine it could have caused an all out rebellion right then and there

But seriously, its not even the arrest of Baine that’s my problem, its the death of another non-cartoon evil Forsaken. The Horde needs more of them, not less and killing another one to show how mustache-twirling evil Sylvanas is just…ugh.
