If they were going to make him undead they could at least make him look like the other undead in the game. Unless they have some weird plan to revamp all the forsaken models to look more ‘human’. He isn’t even using a forsaken skeleton anymore.

I think it’s just blizzard trying to make all lore characters more human. Giving thrall a more human appearance exemplifies this along with giving Nathanos a new body
