I noticed that the blacksmithing equipment required like 150 skill level.
I got $100 that says they’ll just not make the equipment available to craft until flight is also coming down the pipe.
Works for me.
I wont ever buy another expansion for this game anyway.
There are areas in zones with no quest hubs. But there is no such thing as a zone with no quests. And quest locations can be anywhere, including on gathering paths.
I use GatherMate. And I follow the “path” I create as I find things while I’m questing, which is typically what the people who create the “path” for you to find on Google do… they find herbs/mining nodes and track the route created by their finds.
I am fully aware of how gathering paths work.
They are “paths”, they are not “zones”.
And while I will admit that I see more Druids and Shaman in forms (Travel and Ghost Wolf, respectively), I rarely see Golems or Striders. Striders aren’t even efficient for gathering since herbs are on the land near the water, not in the water, and mining nodes would be under the water and are fairly rare in the watery areas.
I want this reversed. Took me months to get my red strider - Now they nerf it. I only come back in BFA (after 12 year break) I see people cruising around on them so I decided it was worth the effort to get it. A few months later they Nerf it. If people want water walking they should earn it. Hard work deserves rewarding. All the Blizzard sycophants like Vaelistraz above me should not get water walking unless they earn it. You have devalued the effort everyone put in to achieve this mount. It isnt a random drop and can be only achieved through hard work. One of the few things Blizzard got right since BC when I left.
Then dont buy another expansion then. Lol these “threats” tickle me

EVERY character class has ‘crouch’ which is basically stealth…that actually WORKS…and allows you to slide around nearly everything.
Somehow ESO has no problem letting you stealth around anything you want to…AND has portals everywhere…TO everywhere…and it isnt a problem like blizzard pretends will ruin their game.
That trash HAS to stop you to give you busy work so that you dont figure out just how little there is to this game anymore.
If that werent the case, then ESO would have to do exactly the same crap blizzard is with BFA.

I am in MoP content a lot and its nothing like BFA where you cant move without being mobbed.
I never said droves, I said more than other mount, if you aren’t using them and you aren’t a druid, you aren’t farming efficiently or effectively. Every serious farmer who turns profit knows this. The change is good for diversity. End of story.
Just un-sub or quit game already, we can be fine with one less Panda baby.

ok… so it’s attached to the equipment slot… on the mount page… and that equipment slot is specific to the actual mount… because you can have mounts with different equipment… so tell me how it makes more sense to have it character specific and not account wide?

Exactly. 8.2 is another example of how they’re completely squandering the IP in favor of terrible ideas that should be getting people fired. The mount equipment idea alone is so stupid, let alone the obvious way that they completely ignored player feedback or failed to respect anyone that had worked for the water strider. What a joke.
I got the Water Walking Mount Equipment in the mail to multiple characters, it seemed like the level was related to receiving the Mount Equipment.
I got the email on all of my characters that were level 110 and above, and didn’t receive the email on a level 94 character and on a level 85 character. I didn’t check the other characters that were at or below these two characters, but I’m guessing that was what “unlocked” getting the Water Walking mount equipment.
And for ( level 110+ ) Death Knights, you can basically send the Water Walking Mount Equipment BOA item to another character since you can use Path of Frost to navigate over most water obstacles (I’ve already seen some Mount Equipment crafted items in the AH\Misc\Mount Equipment area – they were pricey, though - in the 5500-6500 gold price range).
how about you do whats best for everyone nd the community and you go play ESO since you clearly can’t play wow anymore because they took the WW ability from the waterstrider and gave you an item to put back on it lol

Sure you probably have to buy one for new alts…i guess maybe? but that makes sense.
You get it mailed to characters 100+
The ones below 100 have to have it purchased from nat pagle by a character who can get into MOP.
You buy it…ONE at a time, since you cant carry more than one…and mail it to your sub 100 characters who can then equip it individually.
