There is a current boycott for AV in effect until bliz makes the necessary changes to balance it. Why are you queuing and contributing to the problem?

Its mostly horde saying they are winning cause of skill and alliance saying they are losing cause of provable and verified map inequalities.
Who is right? Well considering in later patches Bliz moved horde cave I’d say alliance are right

Oh this nonsense again. You know better than citing the horde cave moving without also acknowledging that it only happened after they completely redesigned the win condition of the map.
And thats not what is being said at all. What is being said is the Alliance are losing because they have like 25% of their team not playing the game.

A lot of it is definitely attitude. The design just gives the defeatist alliance excuses (cave, choke, what not… sure, but w/l would be at most 30/70 given that, at most! I’d say more like 40/60)
As an example:
Yesterday, was in a winning AV (we do actually win, I’d say after the bans it is around ~10%).
Anyway, we owned all GYs and horde had burnt only 1 tower. Horde fought us the whole way and just after an hour into the game we managed to finally get a charge that allowed some stealth to sneak cap RH. We also had summoned IVUS about 10 minutes prior. I figured a win was going to happen in the next 5-10…
LOL, nope! It took many charges at RH and some alliance got all miffed and started to complain, whine and call out the raid lead (who happened to be crushing in KBs and HKs, and was leading the charges). Egos… yep egos and not wanting to deal with tough PvP lead to a series of horrible crap/decisions/whatever… like 15 were at RH and someone in the 15 decided to pull 2 WMs as we were fighting horde as the rest of alliance went off to do… stuff I still have no idea what or why…
Horde tagged every GY and long story short, I was last man standing at RH when Horde retook it and we all, ALL, respawned at the alliance base.
Egos, whining and bad attitudes literally snatched victory from us.
All you can do is laugh and /afk out, like about 15 of us did over the next minute.
==> Too many alliance just want easy mode and if they don’t get it they just whine and complain and ruin it for everyone else. It is pathetic. Hopefully over time the crybabies gtfo of AV.

I play Horde in Retail. I love AV. I hate Q times. So here I rolled Alli.
Short Q times (for AV) are not worth the headache of people that dont TRY to pvp.

Alliance players aren’t appealing to you to get a level playing field. We absolutely know your faction plays the baby mode version of AV.

Since we’re going over the subject of my past posts, we can probably also surmise that:
- I used to play AV heavily, prior to meta switch.
- I play AV whenever I need to cap out for the week and only have a few thousand honor left and it’s not worth hopping into a WSG with a premade and needing to AFK out mid-game to avoid busting caps.
- The fact that you cannot grasp points 1 & 2, tells me you are not a serious PvPer.
Given 3, we can then enjoy the delicious irony that is the fact that a casual player trying to assume a stance of superiority and claim another player is “irrelevant” compared to your own earthshaking expertise.
Again, you’re pulling this out of shadows. If you’re seeing hostility and offense in every corner, maybe what you should really be seeking is that psychiatrist you keep going off about.
I just want what’s best for you bud. You deserve to be happy.
