AV Discords are ruining the experience

Then why do you even bother to pvp?

No, “you” want a completely new game, something Blizzard said isn’t happening. So deal with what we have or don’t play it, stop wasting your time and getting upset. Have fun or not.

Are you seriously asking me to present to you a peer-reviewed study published in a scientific journal determining the popularity of no changes? Yes. Anecdotal evidence. Use your brain. Most people aren’t socially awkward video game ideologues like you. Big shock, I’m sure.

No, but I’m asking you to provide a source that isn’t your rear end.

Watch how useless your source is:
Based on what I’ve seen on the forums and on reddit, the vast majority of people don’t want changes.

See how pointless that is?

Let them have the discord. Alliance needs premades to stand a chance… I don’t want one sided pvp. Roffle stomping alliance gets old quick.

Blizzard should list the discord servers on the login screen, these boys and girl need help…

But that doesn’t reflect reality. Have you looked at the forums? There are like 10 of you people. The rest of us want to enjoy our game.

If I see a pre-made. I go and PvE. That’s the beauty of AV.

If you don’t enjoy Classic without changing it, then Classic is not your game.

Blizzard should hide which AV you’re going into.

They should also add a stacking deserter-like debuff if you miss or abandon your queue pop.

If you don’t enjoy Classic with the inevitable changes that are coming very soon, I assure you, then Classic is not your game.

I’m not going to assume who’s the “Majority” nor the “Minority”. Let’s just keep the conversation to ourselves. I’m for “No Changes”, and you’re for “Pro-Changes”. And I am more than willing to discuss the “Pros” and “Cons” of said changes. I don’t like speaking for other people nor putting words in their mouths. No side (No Changes Side nor Pro-Changes side) really knows if they’re “Majority” nor “Minority”. However, it’s all completely irrelevant when discussing the “Pros” and “Cons” of each change :cocktail:

So, what kind of changes are you looking for? :cocktail:

Do you seriously believe there’s even a slight chance a majority of Classic players belong to this weird ideological “no change” sub-culture? Changes are coming. Balance is imperative if they wish to keep subscribers high up until Shadowlands launches when they will attempt to peel a large segment of the Classic player base, who abandoned retail long ago, away. This is a business. They want money, they aren’t ideologues.

It’s not about the “Majority” nor “Minority”. In order for changes to be implemented, they have to be thought up and talked about. This goes beyond the scope of “Majority” vs “Minority”. So, again, what kind of changes, are you looking for, or are expecting to be coming? :cocktail:

And let’s talk about it :cocktail:

Faction changes and/or faction lockouts to promote balance.

OK, it’ll be difficult for Faction Changes to be implemented due to the Paladin and Shaman Class restrictions :cocktail:

And Blizzard doesn’t want their players to sit in Ques (in order to play), hence why they thought of Layering/upping the Server Caps, for Classic’s Launch :cocktail:

I agree the Paladin/Shaman issue is problematic. But that’s Blizzard’s issue to resolve.

Layering was an issue because they didn’t launch with enough servers. People become invested in their characters more quickly around the time of launch because they don’t want to be left behind. This was something they should have mitigated against, but it’s clear they underestimated the popularity of the game. And because of this, I feel they have an obligation to remedy the issues which arose from their failure to launch with sufficient servers or to implement server transfers more swiftly before social cohesion was formed on these servers.

I don’t see how Faction Changes can be implemented, if Blizzard themselves haven’t found a solution. Unless, us (the player base) feel that we can make Faction Changes work. As of now, nobody has really thought up of a solution for that. Making Faction Changes unlikely to be implemented :cocktail:

This still doesn’t counter that Blizzard doesn’t want their players to sit in Ques, in order to log into Servers. So, the idea of forcing the majority Faction, into a Que, goes against their vision :cocktail:

They don’t want their players sitting in queues to log into servers, but they want their players sitting in queues to enter battlegrounds?

'Cause you can still play the Game while sitting in a Que, for BGs. You’re just staring at a screen, while trying to log into a Server :cocktail:

Ohhh, when I say faction lockout I don’t mean imposing queues. I mean preventing new accounts who don’t currently have alts on the server from rolling characters of the dominant faction on those specific servers.

Sorry, I should have clarified.
