OK I removed the authenticator.
Did you know there are 6 puzzles to complete to demonstrate that you are not a bot…just in order for them to remove the authenticator? Oy vey!
I do! I often have to log in to test things so I encounter them all the time. LOL

Alright, it looks like the Authenticator is removed now.
Try logging into your Battle.net Mobile App. Once logged in, then set up your Authenticator anew. Don’t use the previous versions Restore Code.

Now I was able to enable the authenticator this time. Then my friends list popped up quickly…and within seconds disappeared. So I had to log in again. and no code from the authenticator popped up. 
I am right back to where I started. But I DID enable the authenticator but I have no idea where it is.

The Authenticator is part of the Battle.net Mobile App.

Thank you for all of your help. Maybe its because by phone is andriod. I have no idea.
Guess what? It just worked on my computer and the notification popped up on my phone. I am now in!

So just so were clear when u try to log into the bnet app on ur computer to launch wow and hit log in u dont get a pop up saying aprove or deny request for authenticator on ur phone with the new app installed.

Then your good to go its working as intended.
I was waiting for someone to call me out on something that showed my phone is an android, honestly. 
So it’s not just the virtue of having an andriod phone - that much I can at least attest to.

But I have one more problemo: getting my Battle.net Desktop app to work so I can play wow. Coffee is brewing…so I am ready to tackle that with the self-help suggestions.
When it comes to phones, I am a Samsung galaxy gal…
