On Saturday I finally came back into game for first time in a year and I put a bunch of stuff in the AH trying to raise funds for leveling and questing. I put them up for 12 hour auctions. several stuff sold. but after auctions were done I got unsold items back in mail immediately but no gold. I tried one more time same thing. I am broke in game now. I have been checking in twice a day looking for money to show up. still no luck. BTW server Lightbringer Character Ginnabrik AH Stormwind day Saturday.

At this stage I donāt know why anyone will still post items on the AH.
I have to yet to receive several hundred 000ās from sales but as soon as I saw that it was a widespread issue and that Blizzard blamed the mailing system as an escape goat, I stopped posting.
Maybe an empty AH will entice Blizzard to work faster on this matter as an in-game financial system that canāt be trusted can sure be the real WoW killer.

Argh, this issue is really hampering my ability to make money.
I want to buy materials to create stuff and post it on the AH, but since the gold from those sold auctions is stuck in limbo, I canāt do that.

Same here, another dayā¦ last night I sold 200 Veiled Crystals, 15K Glooms and about 2K shards totaling over 100K in sales. Zero in the mailbox.
On my other toon, about 170K in Flasks sales still waiting to show up.
Itās racking up really fast. I cannot believe the issue is mail and not AH because when you BUY from AH the goods appear instantly in the mail. But when you sell the gold doesnāt?

at the time I had just come back did not know anything was wrong until I didnāt get gold. that is when I started googling to try to solve problem and found this.

Iām totally agreeā¦ Iām not sure how they are going to handle this in case all those missing money and items are really lostā¦ but they swear all that gold and items are thereā¦ just in a ālimboā

Just checking before I log in after the extended patch time today. Trying to temper my expectations regarding the gold and items missing in AH/postal system limbo for the past several days. Like many, I have no record of exactly what/when/how much is missing. I do know it started before the first hot fix last week. I removed as many auctions from the AH as I could, as quickly as I could, once I knew there was a widespread issue. Iām recently returning from a years-long hiatus and not yet in a position to be able to absorb huge hits to my net worth in game. I do hope the cancel auction fees (VERY large amounts for some old/rare items) and the sales proceeds/missing items will be returned to me sooner rather than later. Not having a trustworthy AH seems to me could be game killing.

Idk, this must be pretty bad if we arenāt getting updates and itās taking this long. I am starting to wonder about the outcome. I know they have the data but I think it still may not be good.

lol, honestly, if this was real life (meaning, there was no Terms of Use agreement), we could sue.
Iām just thinking how ridiculous it is that they are essentially holding our money hostage without compensation.

They say none of it is lost, but weāll see. I can buy items from the AH and they go in my mail. My expired Auctions also returned to my mail.
Gold however, big n.o.p.e..

No oneās going to refund your auction depositsā¦you didnāt have to take those auctions down.
