This isn’t just some simple oh 10g meah np …this is millions or better yet someones month of farming such as mine. Not to mention the tokens I have locked up in this.

The main issue is gold actually has a real world value so if a token is say 170k that’s $15.00 real world money for use to pay for game time, buy a game, or pay for services. The lack of response other than the one days ago is upsetting.

@Blizzard, can we get an update here guys? You’ve now had a 4 hour weekend reset and a 4 hour weekly reset to figure this out. Your last update was almost a week ago at this point. What’s the hold up? What (if any) progress has been made? Do you have ETA on a fix yet (something beyond the “it’ll be ready when it’s ready” type of answer)?

The only thing that seems incredible to me is that there is no blizzard representative to face this situation, and explain to us what is happening. I think we deserve some respect.

Now I got stuff selling and coming to me in the mail that wont even let me collect the gold. Honestly wtf over It’s visually there but u can click it all u want it wont collect. lol Ima give this a few more days tops then I’m gona cut the cord.

They have made an announcement. Why do they need to explain technical issues to us? They are working on it.
Correction you prefer to assume that they are working on it. The only fact here is that 5 days have passed and we continue with this very serious bug.

Sanity to the situation is fine but I don’t see any problem with ppl still being ticked off that 2 mx days and we are still with this issue.
Im with Irko, you guys need to chillout and just be patient, its obviously a very serious bug that is being worked on, the AH affects the WHOLE game i can understand why its taking so long, i agree that an update saying they are still working on it would be nice, they are obviously working on it, i dont understand those of you who think blizzard wouldnt be working on this bug that is affecting the WHOLE player base right now…

I sold some arcane crystals last Friday morning (1/17) and have not gotten the gold from the sell. The launcher says some people are “experiencing a delay” in getting gold from AH sell. 4 days is quite a delay considering it normally takes 1 hour.
I was willing to wait a couple of days, but now I think another update is due. Or how about some type of hotfix to at least deliver some of the mail that is stuck in limbo. That would be nice. It seems that blizzard is afraid to say anything at this point.
