I know this will sound crazy and I’m a conspiracy-theorist but are they pulling this just to keep people subscribed? If you’re sub runs out and then they fix the mail, then you have to resub to get the money before it gets deleted in 30 days. Just a thought. I’m not sure how they would get this money to people that have expired subs.

New update : Hello everyone. As stated in our Common Issues sticky post, some of the main issues causing these delays were fixed but we’re still seeing reports about it. The developers are working on a solution. In the meantime, please allow several hours for the mails to arrive. Items and gold won’t be lost, they should eventually arrive to your mail. Apologies for the inconveniences.

when was that posted? Also, this is the thread they keep telling us to go to for updates, why update elsewhere and not here?
for those of you who arent using the auction house, i for one still am and i am making ALOT of sales, you will regret not using it when they return all the gold. If they werent confident in their ability to return our gold they would either tell us NOT to post on the auction house as we may not recieve gold or 2 they would close the auction house till its fixed

Theres also another update on the login screen, you guys are getting the update you were asking for and are still complaining, yes its not a fix BUT THEY ARE UPDATING US… have some faith and be patient
that update didn’t do anything for my missing gold. I already did it.

This isn’t about updates. This is about not getting what they want instantly and then crying about it. And when they get what they want they push the goalposts back
