You do NOT speak for everyone. As part of the community, I do NOT want RDF/LFD.
Yes, weâre well aware elitist gatekeepers donât want to lose their ability to sell access to their dungeon groupsâŚwhich is the only reason to be against RDF.
Why not? Please elaborate
If you think thatâs why people donât want RDF, youâre daft. Selling any spot to anything, gets instantly reported by me. Itâs disgusting and should be bannable.
I have, many times, till Iâm blue in the face. So for now, Iâll just say⌠because I donât. Iâm not in the mood to argue, nor to have my opinions insulted, or straw man theoried. I didnât like it when it happened. I donât want it now either. Itâs completely unnecessary. The LFG tool we have now is more than sufficient, it just needs a little tweaking.
Iâm honestly not trying to argue or insult your opinion. I am also not for or against RDF, either way it wonât change the way I play Wrath Classic. I just havenât seen anyone who is anti-RDF with a good argument as to why it is better for the game. I also havenât seen anyone come up with a solution to the 1-60 dungeons which will be completely deserted in a week after everyone has their 2 boosted toons and a free 55 DK.
So you set your bar at âsufficientâ? Some aim a little higher
And you still didnât list any reasons because there are none. Iâve heard a lot of people say they enjoy forming their own groups. Well, you can do that with RDF in the game. Manually form every single group.
Nope. I donât want RDF. Itâs a good change to cut that crap from the classic experience. Retail is the place for those crappy features that ruined the game throughout the past decade.
You mean like level boosts and store mounts?
Itâs alot more than that, but yeah including those.
A disagreement doesnât mean you have the right to call someone a California Brat or a child. There is a big difference there.
RDF is a wrath feature.
It was. And it was a mistake. Itâs being fixed now.
Classic is an opportunity to fix some bad decisions made down the road. Otherwise if we want to do the thing 100% the same way, we will end up with the same crap called retail for 100% sure. So it has got to change. And this is a good beginning.
So you want another iteration of classic that quickly just devolves into raid logging, got it.
There are more anti-RDF threads created by the same people and their alts. Take your time to go and flag those posts.
Oh wait, it is not working, because these posts have been flagged and moderation took their flag out, which means they are incentivizing the discussion of this topic even if it is breaking the forum rules.
Or perhaps only the anti-rdf discussions.
How many times do anti-LFDers still resort to this same old argument?
I will say this, whats preventing social interaction is YOU, its not the systemâs fault, its YOU.
I have a goldfish memory to most things. in Classic and TBC Classic I barely remember anyone that has been in my previous dungeon groups or group quests but that could just be me.
Same old argument again.
I have seen toxicity happen within dungeons that are manually formed or dungeons that made by a bot and so does ninja looting. Please donât try to use this âNUH UH!â card.
What classic model? the idea of the classic model is to provide a version of WoW and host servers for that said version of WoW for those that want to relive or play the game to see what it was like.
I remember the driving force of wanting Classic in the first place is that people wanted to play the game as it was, not to escape retail features.
Just wanted point out that a MAJORITY of pro-RDF posters are trolls or alts of trolls.
This particular one here name Zaalg got exposed here:
And as far as OP goes:
Your only post on the entire forum is a copy paste of my post and you still managed to get overrun with people who said they do not prefer RDF.
The lack of creativity from the pro-RDF crowd is astounding, keep copying my posts, keep coping, RDF will NEVER come back.
Goebbels used to say ârepeat a lie often enough and people will believe itâ. They are following it thoroughly
This pro RDF thread 238 replies = 165 likes.
Your anti RDF thread that has a lot more 2176 replies = 95 likes.
Get ratioâd.
Thatâs a very pathetic ratio. Forum likes donât matter anyways, my side won. We got RDF removed and it will STAY removed.
For your side yes, youâre right!
