It literally doesnât matter. I have Gressil. If I had to go back to CTS itâs not like I wouldnât be able to clear Naxx. My numbers would just look marginally lower
I mean heâs playing frost in phase 6 and only clears BWL and MC.

From what Iâve heard he does GDKPs, but like⌠why wouldnât you do Naxx GDKPs? Yeah, sure, AQ40 is hit or miss - but Naxx is free gold. You can make several thousand.
It inflates dps which changes the relative difference which makes comparing raw, static differences in DPS a poor comparison.

A 2% damage increase is a 2% damage increase, whether it be vanilla or TBC.

It isnât bis to the mage solely, but it is bis to the party for ignites which overall is the mages dps.
He doesnât even understand basic math.

Individual items are largely irrelevant for progression yes. People like them for vanity. So again⌠itâs not like you can no longer play the game!1!1

No one is arguing that 2% dps increase is better than a loss, we are saying itâs irrelevant.
Itâs like getting 5 extra minutes of sleep, sure itâs great to snooze 1 more time, but is it really going to make a difference?
All this does is de-incentivize new and casual pvpers from going into the arena. Pretty stupid change and for what?
To make a handful of arena pvpers happy? Did they even ask for it? Probably not
