you’re one of the only people complaining about boomkin performance(in PvP), maybe your version of correctly is incorrect?
He literally just doesn’t know how to play properly.
If he would just accept advice and stop being stubborn his Boomie PvP problem would be fixed.
Balance does have mana problems but no so much that you oom in a fight without free wrath. Occasionally long-drawn out fights do happen but I can just drink the combat potions from being rank 7 or I just cast innervate on myself and you still are using dreamstate which helps.
I’m not saying using free wrath and turreting forever never drinking is bad. It’s really good back-line damage. I’m just saying you can run tanky instead and still kill people and it helps keep your team alive too.
one of the 2 boomies in my last BM survived the entire 30 mins in a 3.3k coin run. he oomed a couple times but drinking is a thing too. but i was raging and tiding on cd so that probably helped. he wasnt running sotf either, but thats not real mana problems if you can essentially keep blasting with a break here and there with one rune.
idk I live rogue openers prolly 90% of the time and the other 10% my trinket is on CD.

They beat all Melee in 1s.
Same situation with Boomie except more tanky and less damage. Equip Sunfire rune with all defensive runes, no melee is going to be able to do 10k+ damage to you before you kill them with Sunfire.
Edit: Hunters lose badly too. Sunfire doesn’t allow them to kite and they can’t do 10k+ damage in time before they eventually die.
Where Ferals struggle are high sustain casters that they can’t tank because there’s no spell damage reduction.
I main rogue, one of the best rogues in classic. I also play druid but its never really been good in classic. it was good at 40 for a couple of mins.
I called feral being dog sht from phase 1 to now. People actually thought it was going to be good.
