We can blame her for stuff even prior to Warlords of Draenor.
Hell, the fact she at one point wanted to see everyone on Azeroth turned to underdead with a plague should be concerning enough. Let alone the fact it’s confirmed in Edge of Night that she despised her own people and saw them as tools to be used.
Sylvanas is a psychopath. She’d work with the Jailer to “free” everyone, as a means of justifying her own self-interest, because she’s a narcissist to boot. The amount of hoops one must jump through to claim she’s always cared about her people, or the Horde, or ANYTHING other than HERSELF is staggering.
But Sylvanas didn’t do nuffin’, am I right everyone?

And now we’re back to the entire Horde is culpable for Teldrassil.
She’s clearly working with the guy responsible. She’s clearly done her share of crimes. But I’m not sure I’m ready to give her credit for the Arbiter kill. It would seem to be out of her league (though I’m willing to be proven wrong I guess).

So is Sylvanas, yet you stan for her beyond what is reasonable. The fact that you say that her, a genocidal, sadistic, narcassistic and nihlihistic monster is representative of “girl power”, when there are characters like Tyrande, Talanji, Jaina etc proves that it has nothing to do with “girl power”. You simply identify with her, and will literally bend reality to justify your admiration for her.
thats more of guilt by association of taking part of a conspiracy. Its the debate of is the look out as guilty as the one who robs.

The common theory now is it was Denatharius who took out the Arbiter, Sylvanas just helped funnel enough souls to the Shadowlands to make it happen.

Hey I’m fine with that, but we’re not painting an Arbiter logo on her bow is all I’m saying. She can be his helper and minion, but I’m already annoyed we’re fighting “Death” - I’m not ready to have one of our plucky Azerothian’s somehow able to disable an entire cosmological realm in a single blast.
To be fair, fighting death doesn’t necessarily mean we’re coming out on top. Our characters have died twice in two raids now, so there is that.

I mean, she said it herself in A Good War. “She see’s the world as it REALLY is”. Whats the chances she’s really just “Seeing the world as someone else wanted her to?” And frankly, we don’t know enough about the Jailor’s primary objectives to make a judgement call on that, but he’s got apparently quite a few powerful (and intelligent) individuals working for him. Kel’thuzad? Mueh’zala? Denathrius? Helya? Why should Sylvanas be any different? She was never quite as smart as she always believed she was. She is not immune to being tricked. She’s never been as cold and rational as most people like to think. Her entire story arc after WC3 was a Revenge Story. One she herself screwed up a few times due to her own need to make Arthas suffer. Building a false foundation, especially if her own Val’kyr were the ones founding it, seems possible at least.
