Not here. This forum is one-way only: you report, QA forwards to devs if they think the bug looks legit.
Unless the bug is pervasive and game breaking, there’ll be no feedback at all. Feedback might lead players to the incorrect belief that they’re guaranteed a fix for their report.
Reporting every week. I’m not about to let this go. I always loved this flavor for RP and it’s really discouraging to have it broken for no reason at all.

AFAIK, the benchmark for persistence in bumping to try to get a change reverted is the #Battleforfullscreen crew who bumped and posted and lobbied for about a year with no effect.
You may be in this for a while.

Week 35 and this issue endures. I remain unable to speak anything other than the race’s default languages with Arcane Linguist. I can understand others, but… For many years the ability to speak came with them.
Still… we wait.

The cause for the bug has long been known, but no word has come as to if/when it will be fixed.

The 8.2.5 PTR as of today also has not fixed this issue, despite Linguist still being in my Mage’s spellbook.

This ability is very important for RP and now its taken the fun from it. Remember blizzard, a portion of your customer base are RP players dont lose them now.

Still waiting for this to be fixed. Roleplayers really enjoy it. Why take it from them? Very obvious bug but no word on a fix.
