Of course we know why they would not allow people to choose…
I haven’t tried DR but I think sure, we can have both?
This is why I can’t play FPS games. Just the thought of trying games like COD throws my mind for a loop. Which is why I always gravitate back to WoW. Usually never have any issues.
literally none. its part of the main questline
hopefully this will be some help
why cant people on this forum behave like adults?
SOME players have PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS.
Yeah, I know…if I dont then no one else matters, right?
You can always walk around on foot.
Theyre not going to allow it for now because DRing is so integral to the main questline.
And that really sucks and I understand that.
But it doesn’t seem like OP is complaining about being physically incapable, only that he thinks it’s bad.
So true… one would hope after 18 years someone at Blizzard would have the ability to rise up out of their chair and look up the word “fun” and to all the people responding about not knocking the “fun” please realize that not all find the same things as fun. Hence you no longer are finding Blizzard having to separate realms but downsize.
BlizZard should allow players to choose but they think that fun can only be done one way which is why we received BFA and systemlands in the first place.
The my way or the highway approach doesn’t help in the long run.
Then the folks like myself who just hate it and those who physically can’t engage with the system will skip the main quest line.
Still plenty to do before 11.0 hits in 18 months or so and DR dies. Level 50+ characters, acquire pets/mount/toys, craft stuff, etc the story lines are largely irrelevant and given the quality of the writing since Legion’s ending event, they are likely not very good anyway.
If people want to spend their game time “mastering” an already dead system, knock yourselves out. I would rather walk.
We did warn them during beta that shoving their wonderful new system down people’s throat’s going to cause problems.
That is a great positive attitude to have. I wish you good luck!
I can understand the motion sickness complaints. That is unfortunate and I hope they add more options to try and reduce that issue for those who need it.
But I don’t really understand the ones saying its too hard. I’ve even seen a couple people saying they can’t even finish the first intro quest where you fly through the rings because its just to hard.
You can just get on the mount, walk off the edge, and point your camera in the direction of the ring. That’s it for those. Maybe on the very last one you might have to press one button to gain altitude at the end. I don’t really understand how you can function in any part of the game if you can’t even handle that much.
It’s truly mind-boggling. I suppose everybody keyboard turns and has never tried to play a somewhat mobile class before.
This is kind of how I’m feeling about it. I completed the tutorial stuff in less than 5 minutes. I try to be understanding about most things, but I’m genuinely perplexed how people play this game at all if they can’t even figure out how to aim their camera in the right direction.
Except they design the isles and zone so that you can’t access certain things until upgrading dragon riding so no that option wouldn’t work at all.
Like do they not know how to just hold down the right click button and steer that way lol
I’d guess longer since they blessed us with DR.
maybe gaming isn’t for you…
That’s how it goes . I can’t do FPS games because it makes me dizzy so I just don’t play them . Games can’t be made to make every single demographic happy . Nothing on life can
