Anyway to get a faster ticket responses?

I just sub to the wrong WOW 2 account when I meant to sub to WOW 1, requested a refund a minute later and then I’m given a 24 days average wait time. Yes, 24 days. In fact I dont even need a refund, just move the game time to WOW 1.

Now I’m really contemplating coming back to this game at all.
Where is the live chat? What happen to the support from this company?

A refund starts with a automated review, but perhaps the subscription was too new to hit the system. Try cancelling the subscription.

Ticket times are running around a week though. The estimate is based on oldest ticket, not average ticket time.

The automated review legit said I have to open a ticket and wait average wait time 24 days just to cancel an order within 30 seconds of purchase. Come on this is getting ridiculous. I’m not subbing to WOW 1 till I get WOW 2 refunded and if I can’t get it refunded or the game time transfer over. I’ll just charge back no biggie. Honestly probably a mistake coming back to this game.

We’re not generally able to swap game time over. If you apply game time to the account you wanted to, we are usually able to refund the other purchase.

If you did not automatically qualify for the refund, then yes, you’d need to open a ticket. Keep in mind that time that you see is based on the oldest ticket in queue, which isn’t currently reflective of what our response times are currently at.

The majority of general issues are closed to 10-14 days, most account and purchase related issues under 7.

With the response times currently where they are, Live Chat isn’t available. Once things calm down and we’re able to get response times back into some order Live Chat should be turned back on.

Don’t charge back. That will create a issue where you could lose access to the account.

Vrak might have more detail, but leave the ticket open. And again, try cancelling the wrong subscription first.

If I sub to WOW 1 you guys can give me a refund to WOW 2 right??? No kidding right???

Assuming you qualify for a refund, yes, that should be possible. It looks like you made the purchase at 18:02 UTC and then submit a refund request within 4 minutes, so it isn’t as if you played on it for days and then submit the request.

I edited your post, but going forward please watch the language.

why would I not qualify for a refund literally requested after 4 minutes, never even logged in.
Possible if you can give me the refund so I can sub and play wotlk with my friend?

You can’t bypass the ticket queue from the forums, best to wait patiently in the queue like everyone else.

I can’t make that determination, Aches, it’s not my call. It looks like you should, as I don’t see any issues that would cause you not to, but it is not something that I can guarantee.

I am also not a Game Master and we cannot grant your request through the forums, you will need to wait for your ticket to be answered.
