Yep! I am on Draenor and everytime I have tried to go into the underground, there is a huge rock in the way all of a sudden…and if I try to go there via flight path, the taxi goes through the rock and teleports into the Plains …but its broken, like you are going under the map. Then I am kicked off and unable to get back in unless I reload the entire game/battle.net app to even get back in.
Played pretty much OK yesterday (Jul 2nd) but this morning Mon, Jul 3 was seeing things like no NPCs in Dragonflight towns, toon unable to fly, can’t use flight masters, can’t teleport (mage) to Valdraken, etc. Had to restart computer at times. Yikes, pretty ugly; and trying to finish bonus rep before reset tomorrow… sigh.
right, it is a holiday in Canada (extended weekend)
Still experiencing issues on my end as well, though it has been worse today than any other the last week. Thus I am staying off for the time being and doing other things since I rather not keep banging my head against the wall so to speak.
I hope this gets resolved as I was hoping to help level my brothers out but given the circumstances I think it be best to play some other games we got.

I got this issue last night while running keys, then this morning I tried logging in and my main was still in limbo.
What’s odd is I was able to log in eventually, and I decided to port over to my garrison to farm mount stuff in Draenor, but there were 0 NPCs or enemies spawning. I closed my game and now my character doesn’t exist again. How was I even able to port to Draenor if my character was in limbo?
I wonder if a VPN would help. I know not everyone can use/pay for a VPN but I have one right now. I’ll try it out in a second.

From what someone said, there was a twitter post (but lul musk rat restricted access to only logged in users) about it being DDoS related.

Ya its been pretty ridiculous this past week. Just getting straight robbed of play time. Pay a subscription for the game to not even work and constantly d/c or have infinite loading screens, pretty badass ngl.

While queing 3’s last evening is when it started for me, swapped characters and got stuck on loading screen, which when then lead to a DC, would log back in and the character would be listed as OP’s was with no zone, when attemtping to log into that character it would then load 90% and say “a character with that name already exists.” I was able to swap servers and log into another character most of the time, closed client, and after 10 attempts to load into the orginal character it would finally load in.
Later that night we excited an arena match and could no longer log into those characters with the same error.
This morning I can no longer accept que’s for bgs/arena/solo shuffle. I loaded into 1 solo shuffle game and only 4 of us loaded in, i then could not load into the next solo shuffle i qued into. I qued for a bg, clicked enter and it never even took me into the bg, which eventually DC’ed me. This has happened on 3 servers and 6 toons. So far all of my toons were in Valdraken for the ques.
and your info just shows its not a DDoS attack…if it was DDoS all zones would be effected and they are not …its only effecting most of Dragon Flight zones…more less using portals and load screens is where most of it is happening…

Just curious but what is everyones ISP? I remember FFXIV having an issue similar and it was related to a certain ISP.
Of course, DDoS is their scapegoat when something goes wrong. Some players will believe it, some will realize it’s just BS.
