I didn’t have any attachment to either faction until Worgen were added in cata. From there on I have been heavily Alliance leaning. I did maintain characters on both factions all of Legion and BFA but SL so far is full Alliance.
Yeah I’m pretty much stuck with Alliance, just don’t like much of what the Horde has in the game as other people have stated here. I have a troll rogue I use to experience the different story (if there is one, like BFA) but that’s the limit.

I play both sides, have of race at least one character. Currently I prefer the Alliance a bit more because I have been playing too long the “alternative” that I’m actually starting craving the classic tropes again.

I realized there were no characters in the Horde I really had an attachment to. The Contrast between Legion and BFA showed me.
Also compared to Dalaran, most Horde cities were an eyesore.

I’m the opposite. Horde only. I just don’t really like the Alliance races like I love the horde ones. I’m a weird person who loves the monster races(this is why I have no interest in FF14). I do like the worgen female rework so I do have one of those. I have too many Horde to level up right now so she’s on the back burner.
(ignore this character haha) I can’t play horde, I try and I have many horde characters that are high level but I just can’t do it. Don’t like the aesthetic, I feel that all my negative player interactions have been horde also- which I know is not the same for everyone since I have friends who say opposite. I love the alliance, way more attatchted to the alliance story.
It wasn’t until recently that I tried out Horde. But mainly have a problem with the cities maybe I’m just so used to Alliance but it seems like it’s just easier to get around. I’m having a good time on my horde characters though.
I didn’t say it was for older players. I said it ended up being full of older players over time. There probably are quite a few 14 yo pvp players in horde, too.

I have been wearing my black hooded Alliance jacket to work. I usually dress sporty going outside so I want those blue Alliance track suits from the Blizz store as well.

I thought I was. Been Alliance since WOTLK. Have 11 50+ Alliance characters.
Took a break, came back… my guild was dead, the faction on my server is dead. Everyone’s gone Horde or quit.
Rerolled a Pandaren as my first Horde main character in over 12 years… Pandaren felt right, a minor protest against feeling like I had to go Horde. At least I could still play a race available on Alliance.
Really hope Blizzard fixes this absolute garbage faction imbalance so I can go back home.

Rumer is in 10.0 cross faction grouping will be a thing. So for the first time ever people can pick the races they want and not be hindered in end game content by faction choice
Me. The only horde race I like enough to play is orc. Trolls are cool too but not enough to make one. But I just don’t like undeads, cows and blood elves.
