This has been reported a bunch of times and is new as of yesterday’s patch. It includes:
- Garrison Hearthstone dropping you above the ocean off Shadowmoon Valley randomly;
- CoT portal to SW dumping you off the coast (getting fatigue) of Badlands pretty reliably (reported many times eg here);
- Mage spell Teleport: Stormwind doing the same thing;
- Mage spell Portal: Stormwind doing the same thing.
This is really disruptive and inconvenient. How weekly maintenance that wasn’t even a minor patch release managed to break something so basic is beyond me.
But can we at least get a response to this and an idea when it might be fixed?
The Stuck Character Service is so buggy it often fails and even when it doesn’t, it’s laggy as hell and you can spend a few minutes moving your character through something no fault of your own.
