Not at all, I answered with the truth at that time. The holiday season is over and I’m back to playing more.
I played A LOT more during classic vanilla than I do now, usually around 30-50 hours a week back then. (Wasn’t working on a house or taking care of aging family).
I mean, I tell the truth, you not liking it does not make it a lie. I’ve been called a liar for claiming I average about 10 minutes doing 2-3 dailies a day for the cooking, fishing, and a bombing daily. Even made a YouTube video as proof. But that video got basically ignored, even though it proved my claim to be true.
I put myself on forum vacations because I need to take a break from certain posters idiocy or I might catch it.
It’s more that it doesn’t fit your post history, where anyone can clearly see you lying then blatantly trying to change your story when you get called on it.
Yes context is important, I was acknowledging you for being honest enough to admit your position is just #nochanges instead of trying to fabricate reasons why dual spec is bad unlike some people.
I don’t really think it cost them very many at all because anyone coming back to TBC Classic were doing so with the full knowledge it didn’t exist then so there was no real expectation from anyone it would be added. Now when they ran into parts of the game they didn’t like it may have helped keep them around a bit longer but not having wasn’t the reason they quit.
Now with PvP people were expecting to find it as it was in TBC. Instead Blizzard implemented huge changes in arena and it completely killed participation. It obviously had a side effect on BG’s too because if you aren’t going to do arena then why bother with BG’s.
The PvP changes had far more impact because people were actually expecting a certain PvP. No one was expecting Dual Spec. They might have hoped for it but there was zero expectation it would ever exist.
Pro tip, blizzard isn’t a democracy, you agreed they can make whatever changes they want, whenever they want, for whatever reason they want when you signed up.
To be fair, you’re the one who keeps feeding the trolls. It’s not that hard to just put them on ignore. Unfortunately you still see their posts when people quote them…
I’m watching the Wall of No troll string you along with personal attacks about your honesty. Obviously has nothing to do with dual spec, or the game at all. This is what the trolls do: distract, change the subject, make it personal (which I’m doing to some degree right now).
I’ve seen that guy for 4 years say how terrible Classic is, how terrible TBC is, and how terrible Wrath will be without his personal changes. This was after years of his Wall of No where he mocked and ridiculed people asking for a Vanilla server. So the relevance is if someone like that is asking for some kind of change, you know the perspective it’s coming from: from a person who never wanted these servers, fought against them, and has been trying to ruin them since they were created. What is the point in conversing with such a person?
Yeah, you’ve been personally harassing him on a dozen different characters for a 4 years now. I’ve been calling you out for it just as long too.
Well, along with all the other stuff I’ve been calling you out for. Like when you criticized the boost and then purchased it yourself. When you claimed people were anti-classic trolls and you never even managed to get a single character max level because you hate the game.
