The sword that doesn’t exist, sticking out of Silithus would make a fine tree. Doesn’t burn, already full grown. A touch of moss, a sprig of ivy here and there. Tree. Done. Already tapping into heart of Azeroth for the power.
what if they put a new tree somewhere else?
That would be a really cool way of showing off the power of the Night Elves and their society/culture. If only there were some desolate area with a towering superstructure that they could invigorate with nature magic into a new home with a world tree built of lush vines and branches. That would be cool.
No one knows. Why do Blood Elves drink blood?
maybe they can have a thing where 20-40 night elves need to get to a circle area and cast a spell and after 100-200 times it will grow the treee
Personally I love having world trees, and would actually love for there to be more.
I find it very fantasy-like and such, helps immerse me in those features of the game & such.
The Tree isn’t just meaningful for the Night Elves it’s directly tied to the natural world of Azeroth and connects to the Emerald Dream, hence why many Druids on the Horde were also upset about Teldrassil being burned down
All World Trees are also connected apparently so Amidrassil may somehow connect to the past world trees
It’s also been **
SPOILER ALERT
** basically datamined that the Dragon Aspects are going to get new powers/restored powers from this new world tree which will restore them to being more powerful and better equipped to defend Azeroth, which is where everyone lives including the Horde
Names a metaphor im really a high elf.
But back in wc3 there was a world tree. It was wordly important. These other world trees seem world tree in name only
They say it wouldn’t be left there and would emerge soon to where no one is saying but I would think back to Darkshore since the ground is now purified.
think world trees are druids version of purifying certain areas.
they tried growing alot in felwood, they grew one in the firelands, they tried to grow one in northrend.
then theres the whole other trees…
the first big one was too purify the magical spring (water from the well eternity) so it doesn’t get over used like the last one.
then there’s the whole nelf one that just wanted immortality, but that never happened, so they got a new home uptill sylvanas burned it.
how many world trees are there
Five that corrupted, and or destroyed, two alive I do believe.
Really, all the time we spend on that could be better spent opening a shelter for homeless elves in Darnassus or building a statue of Tyrande in Tyrandesar, A city we should be building instead of getting more world trees. (Except the 9 we will need in Tyrandesar, surrounding Tyrande’s statue)
I am insanely jealous of how perfectly those shoulders match that helm. As an Alliance plate wearer, vibrant red + silver armour pieces are in extremely short supply, let alone ones with metallic/scrap themes
Never. Ignore that person. They make stuff up that doesn’t exist. It’s their headcanon.
This was why Df opened up kind of sour for me.
In 3 years something could have been built in say feralas, nearby area. Its not like horde wants to go here even in classic.
thats literally what happend
A twisted Nightmare version of Un’goro was not the purpose nor actual function of Un’goro. So no, that’s not what literally happened.
Well its a nightmare as is. When an escort quest is not enough pain, the goblin you escort needs a water break quite often. Just to make sure you truly suffer.
what if they make
2-3 world trees to spread and make a few bases
