Steps

  • Drop teleport in between where all rocks spawn.
  • Blow Drums / Pot / Infernal at start. Stun both and unload as hard as you can while minding fears. Try to get Tugar to 88% or less before first spitters.
  • Save Seed and Cataclysm for the spitters. Blow both AFTER all spitters are up.
  • Unload into Tugar as much as possible before dealing with the spitters while he’s channeling. Use the port to port in fast and drop seed + cata.
  • At this point you should use infernal as an emergency if too many spitters are up randomly. Always seed + cata the spitters. Don’t mess this up!
  • Cycle shadowburns as a priority on Fel Surge Totem > Spitters. Be careful not to unload sb into not near-dead spitters.
  • To keep Tugar and Jormog from double dipping you (fel surge and sonic scream dual cast) pre-fear Tugar as the worm is coming up.
  • Spell lock should be saved when the spitters are up, the totem is up and Tugar is casting Fel Surge.
  • Mortal Coil should be used on cooldown in between Fears and Spell lock. Try to keep it on cooldown for the heal.
  • When Worm is 0 stacks start rotating more damage into the worm instead of Tugar. You want to start bringing them down together. Worm should die LAST but ideally 20% when you kill Tugar. It’s fine to keep them both up as the fight doesn’t get more complicated beyond this point. Breathe, be patient and balance them down.
