I fully support it resetting so my guilds shamans will stop complaining every week about it.

So is it worth it to use the 5 min glyph for Ele? And if so what would you replace? This is for PVE.
Bump. Everyone agrees that fire ele CD not resetting after a boss is absolute garbage. Please fix this…
Run fire ele, lightning bolt, and totem of wrath glyphs.
As for the topic, maybe when DKs, Locks, and Shamans start doing wargames to reset CDs after every ulduar HM wipe, bliz will realize not resetting 10min summons was a mistake.
There is no good reason for the long CD. Blizzard needs to fix this. They already broke things when they nerfed both totems

Bump, please fix your game blizzard, this is such a no brainer.
Please fix the fire elemental totem, inferno, and army. These cooldowns should reset with a wipe or boss kill, as well as any other 10-minute cd.
It makes class gameplay extremely unfun when you can’t use certain classes to their full potential unless you wait or reset cooldowns with an arena skirmish, whilst other classes can.

So I was navigating several guides and wotlk classic discord servers to understand how this worked (my ele shaman is my alt) and found this post. Shocked that the answer to my question is this one: I can only pump every other pull. This is absurd.

Now that we have a ptr going I hope blizzard keeps us in mind and hope that they realize ulduar hard mode prog will be a pain with fire eles not resetting. This also includes infernals and army of the dead too.
