Alliance needs a slam dunk Allied Race

You having 2 brain cell doesn’t make it nonsense. The faction imbalance is caused by competitive end game content. Its nonsense to think that allied race wouldn’t also be touch by it… Why would a alliance player that switch for the horde for raiding came back just for allied race?? If he didn’t care for alliance race as much as raiding back then he still won’t…

Sorry you don’t understand how statistic work. The covid and vaccin stat must be a nightmare for you.

Most likely satyrs are from the horde, Blizard will invent a race of daisies for the alliance.

Well if someone wants to make high end content or something more complex, they have to join the horde, don’t they?
But that doesn’t stop him from continuing to be dissatisfied with things at the alliance.

At this time, many of the players in the horde is made up of people who were in the alliance but gradually joined the horde, but continue to be interested in the blue faction. It just happens that the ally is not attractive even in lore, races and content that is easier to do in the horde.

Yes. Lots of things. One of them is people from the horde determining what the alliance should have in order not to be so discredited, when many of them don’t give a damn about how hopeless the people in the alliance are.

Any race that isn’t too good to give some real or decisive prestige.

We who? This “we” involves the alliance participating in the suggestions or this “we” are horde players, from the top of their butthurt by the blizzard having decided to make fun of the alliance at the expense of their sacred blood elves, deciding what is meritorious for the faction to which they love to recite the mantra “Ordinary human, dwarf human, tiny human, boring lore, good2shoes, yada-yada”?

If those ideas don’t include the alliance participating, implying that horde players can pick something since we can never choose, then we’re back to where we are now.

Does Sethrak make sense on alliance? No. Not in the way they were designed.
Do purple blood elves make sense in the alliance? No, and the lore itself doesn’t help either, but Blizzard didn’t care if that would hurt the Horde and did it anyway.
I hear many justifications why nothing that alliance can like can be on the ally.

Saberon? Nope! Horde Only! Saurok? At the.
Arakkoas? Nope! Horde Only. Vrykul? No. Best match with the Horde.
Vrykul hate humans. What if we paint vrykul purple?
Jinyus? Yea! but the Horde would want Hozens.
Ankoans? The race that has no facial expression?
Wasn’t it because they didn’t have facial expressions that Northend’s mechagnomes were replaced by Mechagon’s cybergnomes?

10.0 has an expansion speculated as related to dragons?
Would we have a chance to see a draconic race playable?
I would like it to be exclusive to the alliance.
And The Horde?

This and so much this, when Allied Races we’re first introduced I thought at first it was a great concept to finally going through Warcraft Lore to start adding mostly old but also the new allies we have met through our 17 year old journey onto the playable roster.

My biggest and still to this day biggest disappointment was how they butchered Wildhammer Dwarves and just made them into a Bronzebeard in cosplay, I still to this day wonder imagine if Blizzard gave Wildhammer Dwarves the actual “Allied Race Treatment” that Dark Iron had gotten what could have been, more then just literally a few tattoo options . Council of Three Hammers yet only Two are really truely represented .

But your post is exactly what Blizzard should do, go back through lore, go back through 17 years of WoW history, make the Alliance and Horde complete in terms of the actual true Allies of said faction. Both Horde and Alliance are literally missing so much…

I personally thought since Shadowlands prepatch happened in Northrend, Taunka (who literally officially joined the Horde through a questline) was actually heading to be an Allied Race while then they could of added Lore about the Tuskarr reaching out to the Alliance for help trying to defend their lands (Arnt the scourge going crazy since the helm is destroyed), so both races head to Shadowlands to help their respective factions to help protect their land and people.

I won’t reply to everything you said since so many of it come from bad faith but i’ll start with it:

Blastk post are just so cringe and discussing. He keep using ‘‘WE’’ so he can claim to be a horde player just because he think that if people believe him to be a horde player, than somehow he ‘‘horde bias’’ post would be more legit.

Second: you are always so obsessed with blaming horde player and blizzard that you somehow can’t get that the reason that the alliance is so bland with human is because this is what the most vocal alliance player keep asking… Maybe if alliance player stop asking for human this and human that, along with high elf this and high elf that, alliance could actually get more interesting race like arrakoa, saberon or fish people…

But of course no, you prefer to imagine that horde player doesn’t want any race in the alliance when in reality, alliance player are the one asking for horde race.

The reality is you probably hate more what most of the alliance player want but you somehow prefer to put it on horde fault for not getting what you wanted…

Honestly, I would play on Alliance if they got Eradar as a Allied race

You know the Horde isn’t actually some highly exclusive club and anyone can make a character in it and play it? I have six level 60 Horde characters and, until like yesterday, only two level 60 Alliance characters. I do think Blizzard is totally biased in favor of the Horde, or at least doing a terrible job of not making it seem like that’s their favorite faction.

Nobody is asking for human anything; they wanted high elves. Horde players don’t have to ask because Blizzard just gave them to Horde like 15 years ago. Most people who say they’re more interested in playing arrakoa or “fish people” or even naga or whatever are just lying because they’re worried about seeming uncool for wanting to be pretty. If elves are uninteresting then why are you posting on a blood elf warlock when orcs, trolls, and goblins all have better racials and also look about as ugly as the races you pretend to think should be added to the game as playable options?

Dragonsworn class…if they don’t want to create an entirely new race this would satisfy that niche either via unique customization options ala demon hunters (horn options, scaling, etc…) or their class spells/abilities cause draconic appearances/spell effects (this would be a great way to introduce class-specific skins to alter spell effects for other players too). Dragonsworn in the old tabletop books got abilities depending on what dragonflight they served, and one of the top ones was the ability to sprout dragon wings to fly. They could do something to the effect of spec determines what flight your character serves, like say ranged dps= blue, melee dps= black, healing= green, tank= red…etc

OK so i can just go on my alliance alt and start asking for bad stuff to US, alliance player?

After giving us blood elf, blizzard should give us, the alliance, something bad to make up for the fact that they gave us a horde race… Maybe they should also give the horde night elf so us alliance player can feel how the horde felt…

They should also kill Anduin, Jaina, Turalyon, Malfurion so we, the alliance, can feel what is it to be a horde player.

We alliance player, really don’t know how spoil we are to be favoured by the writing as much as the last few expansion. I think is it time to switch it a bit by making the horde the world hero and by villain bating some of our alliance leader.

It is also really unfair that blizzard gave the horde 2 homeless allied race while every of our race have at least something. They should destroy Shadowforge city and mechagon so DI and Mechagnome can be homeless like Mag’har and vulpera. As a alliance player, i feel like it would be more fair.

I don’t really care if any of these characters die other than Anduin. I also didn’t care which Horde characters died or became evil or whatever when I mainly played Horde. It’s truly absurd that anyone thinks any of this stuff matters even a little bit compared to in-game faction balance.

A lot of people spend thousands of hours in WoW, but nobody spends thousands of hours reading the WoW novels because there aren’t that many of them and most of them can be read in like 4 hours, so the pain of having to read a book that isn’t sufficiently pro-Horde for you or whatever doesn’t last nearly as long as the problems Alliance players face in the game itself

“You’ve got all the pretty races.”

looks at Worgen FanArt

I’m not even sure that’s what WoW players are into.

I hung with Vulpera. They’re nomadic, not homeless.

Demons, but not in red?

Eredar are bad.

This, right here, would likely fix a lot of animosity. Blood Elf fans, like myself (who also have Void Elves and love Void Elves) just want the two races to have differences besides some hairstyles. Some different running animations or idle animations or posture could fix the carbon copy issue.

Many thanks for the “defense” but it’s not needed. Aggressive people are easy to deal with and their clouded minds.

Many people simply do not “care” as much as they do not “care” for the state of the world. What you cannot see or feel cannot affect you. Sensitive or emotional intelligence people do consider the whole spectrum and not just one side.

I guess I qualify then as well with having every race and most of the genders between LV50-60 to have any opinion. People are too much fixated on artificial borders these days.

There is no deny that the Alliance is suffering on several levels and something needs to be done to “fix” them. We don’t need factions if one is dominating constantly.

Every race should have different idle-stands so we do not look like factory sealed barbie dolls. The rest can stay the same though.

Glad we can agree on that.

The precedent has already been set to a degree with some of the recent animation changes so hopefully this is something we see in the near future. I definitely support it & it’s one of the main things i’d like for Void Elves right now.
