All items on my timerunner dissapeared

Have no idea how and where to ask for help… I ddi ged 70 yesterday, and today I logged and my character was totally naked… Even the cape… At first I thought “hacked?”, but all other characters have their items…

My friend just experienced this, and the GM reply said that it was a UI issue among other GM responses too… Yet this keeps popping up as a bug report from others

i dont know if it was this, but i uninstalled an addon that “helped” with gems, and the items came back

This might be a bit different, as it is hitting a lot more folks. QA and the Game Team is looking into it and hope to have a resolution soon. In the meantime, as a possible workaround, try logging out for about an hour then when you log back in click on the inventory gear slots. I’m afraid there is little that our staff can do in this case, Patalia.
