still happening for me too. itâs been a problem for over a day now.

/reload use to fix it but this now resets it back to all channels in all chat windows T_T
use the âxâ to leave those channels, only solution so far
Is that a new feature or has it always been there? The icons are so faded that I just never noticed. Huh.
Great catch.
EDIT: Deleting the channels this way forces you to leave them all instead of only removing them from the selected window. Not a workaround.

do a /leave (channel #) It will delete the channel from your list.

Please fix this bug blizzard, conversations are impossible while in town as every time you hit a loading screen, trade, general, services, local defence and looking for group re-enable in all chat windows.
For context I have not played plunderstorm yet. so it has nothing to do with that.

Just here to add my name to the list of people reporting this bug.
I hate to add more messages here, but then again doing so is a reasonable representation of the effect of always seeing the the services channel every time I log back in.
Please fix these settings so they work again.
Until they fix it, itâs the only way to not be spammed. You can reset your channels after and rejoin them when a proper hotfix is done.
STILL an issue. Not just with the spam channels but setting up custom windows as well.
