ALERT! Census data now useless!

Agreed. Keep in mind that Blizzard has a BFA agenda.

If/when classic fails months from now, a large reason would be that Blizzard wants it to fail. It’s just sad.

What people are not seeing or refusing to see about why blizz would break something successful is simple. Pride and Ego, first and foremost.

How many times has that phrase “You think you do, but you don’t” been repeated? Throughout history entire cities and peoples were decimated for the same, Pride and Ego. You think he wouldn’t steer the ship into a cliff just so he could in the end say “You thought you did, but see, you didn’t!”. Oh and to save his own skin/reputation.

If this was REALLY about gold spammers, a simple addition to the blocking features would correct that.

Jesus you guys are bonkers. How do you get to this point in your life without breaking down every day paranoid the government is out to get you?

You guys think Blizzard is immature enough for this to be all one big conspiracy because they can’t handle the fact/possibility that Classic outdoes Retail. Yeah. Big baby Blizz throws a tantrum because the CEO was wrong years back and tries to sabotage Classic. Listen to yourselves.

If you think they’re that childish and unprofessional why the hell do you guys even trust them with your money in the first place?

I was using it just fine last night.

They are out to get you through control. You’re a fool if you think they’re not.

Beep boop. Government trying to steal my thoughts.

Yes. Honestly, yes.

Steal thoughts? No. Change them. Thoughts are more dangerous than weapons, comrade.

It’s more accurate than the silence that Blizzard provides.

Then stop trusting them with your money. Unsubscribe right now – please, for the sake of all of our sanity (and apparently, yours).

That’s stupid advice. No thanks.

You’re probably one of those who believe that the deliberate PvP racial imbalance changes for WoD which caused max exodus from Horde to Alliance had nothing to do with the faction transfer $$$. And of course, the very next expansion they all transferred back to Horde.

lol you’re being trolled hard dude

just report them and move on

Take your meds.

I just kill mobs and gank…

All of the investors that are high profile enough and have a stake large enough to actually get to speak at the shareholders meetings have people under them specifically hired to test, research and know everything about all the products they invest in. Every large investor does that.

They’re not throwing billions of dollars at a game they know nothing about like you seem to suggest, that would be extremely foolish and those billionaires wouldn’t continue to be billionaires if that’s how they did business.

There’s literally nothing about what I’m saying that’s insane. Can you point out a single thing I said and explain how it’s insane, exactly?

Breaking news : even before the patch the census data should not be trusted. Unless the samples are taken multiple times a day everyday you cannot get accurate numbers.
We only ever knew a very very rough estimate, which is fine if everyone knew it was a rough estimate, but people see the numbers and think is fact, or their sever is dying or something

Very bad idea. The thing is if you tell people who has more, people won’t go and balance it, they will join the side that’s winning, and it’ll snowball and snowball till 1 factions rules a server.
Keeping this info hidden is the best way they can maintain the faction balance.

Also if a server is 50-50, everyone is happy, but when it’s 60-40, which is not even bad, people start raging about how it’s so horde sided and they get ganked all the time and cite the ratio numbers. In truth whether it’s 60-40 or 50-50 your chance to get ganked is almost the same

No one wants their game to be perceived negatively for no reason… the truth is, a game will always fluctuate players.

People always take the numbers going down in a wrong way even though it’s normal. Then it’s a snowball effect which is bad for the game
