telling the entire forum that your friends and guildmates are gold buyers is pretty funny.
The GDKP crowd is pretty incredible. For years, the pro-gdkp crowd maintained that there was no connection to gold buying and illicit activity. Then blizzard admitted that GDKPs and gold buying are impossible to separate. LOL, the GDKPers deny that is the case and claim the bans are just because of bad AI algo’s. Then blizzard staff comes out and confirms that , No, in fact the slightest level of investigation reveals the bans are warranted due to the connection to RMT. The GDKPers respond? OMG Blizzard is lying!!!
its incredible. Next time one of you comes on here to ask why blizzard isnt doing more to get rid of bots…this is why. The moron gdkpers and the player base act in this fashion. I would say its incredible, but one look at the average person in todays world tells me its not incredible at all.

I don’t care about gdkps. I tried it back in TBC Classic and determined that it wasn’t for me though I get that people like me (a healer carry) were meant to be attracted/“compensated”. Ultimately it’s simply, to me, a loot distribution system to better ensure success ie raid stays together and finishes the content.
The disappointing thing was that Blizzard states they can track the illicit gold movement. So why not discipline the players participating in that violating activity instead of micromanaging group agreed loot rules?

Do I care if people buy gold to answer that is no but should they be banned and this is the correct question to ask is yes they should be.
And I don’t mean no 3 days I mean a Perma ban.
But we both know blizzard won’t allocate resources to do that because they would actually have to hire people and if it isn’t automated it isn’t for blizzard.
absolutely baffling why the people so upset about no GDKPs just dont go play one of the other wonder versions of the game that has it. its time to move on. the facts are in GDKPs are indistinguishable from cheating and are therefore banned. they are not returning to sod. its time to move on.
i dont care if people get banned for offering someone gold to buy the mount from them in a full guild gnomer run, sucks to suck, shouldn’t have gdkp’d. shun the RMTers
My spouse traded her wrath gold for sod gold. Got a 2 week ban. Couldn’t find anything that said this was against TOS. 4 automated responses. It is what it is, but I won’t even help them buy their mount at this point, and most of our guild is scared to trade anything more than 10 gold.
