I’m literally asking for a canonical instance where the Silver Covenant High elves involve themselves in the faction conflict against the Horde, and yet you’re just pussy-footing around this request. The most any Silver covenant, or high elf did was play as a NPC guard.

Again, I ask for you to please provide an example of them fighting the Horde.

Was I ever arguing that no High elf exists on the Alliance? I said the Silver Covenant High elves, which are neutral under Dalaran.

This is like me bringing up the High elf Captain Thalo’thas Brightsun, who orders Horde players to kill the Alliance as an argument that Silver Covenant high elves hate the Alliance.

There’s a lot of races that were part of “Neutral” groups like the Argent Crusade. There’s countless humans, dwarves, draenei, blood elves, tauren & orcs all part of the Argent Crusade’s forces in Northrend.

Why are only High Elves held to this standard that they’re neutral for also being part of said group?

It was an opportunity where we had a number of elven races, and we could tie it back to their roots, letting players choose where they want to align and what fantasy to play out. We did have a lot of discussion about it, ultimately we might do more in the future, but for now we’re providing the option to have a few High Elf customizations available

Yup. Really for all the mashing of teeth over how high elves dont belong in the Alliance they have probably gotten more spotlight that even some core races.

I don’t care one bit about the blood elves. They can be used as cannon fodder by the Horde as often as they want. I do think the void elves should have the option to change the name when you hover over it to high elves and the ability to maybe change all the racials into arcane ones that function the same.

I’d argue Void Elves are corrupted to the core being with the void. Fundamentally making them a new race entirely. But since gameplay is a thing they are a subrace.
