Evidence of what though?
For example, if they have a higher rate of women being fired and being paid less money, is that them being sexist, or is it due to the fact that there are staff members who are underperforming?
I dont know. It doesn’t say

I can’t remeber which ones specifically (I lied, I am jusy too lazy to Google or Youtube to verify) but a few that have left have cited the main reason as artistic freedom.

And this affects me how? Many companies have had this come up, how would blizz be any different than all the rest that have had issues.

It needs to change industry wide apparently

How is that Blizzard fault? sue the guys making those comments

Sounds like something a 2 year investigation would clear up, might be a good idea to do that.

Oh wait, they did.

Considering we still have people pushing the idea that there is a wage gap… I doubt it

Generally speaking, if a DA brings a case, they have pretty compelling stuff to go on. Doesn’t mean they always win, but they aren’t going to bring a case if they think there’s a good chance of losing.

Would a bloomberg legal reporter lie about the existence of a lawsuit you can google?

If you’d read the article, it also notes a lot more than inappropriate comments. Thank you for not paying attention.

None of this is surprising. I mean really, name a company of their size where this doesn’t happen on a daily basis. Welcome to big business.

Just another example of “Those that Virtue Signal the loudest have the most to hide.”

Just to even bring charges against a billion dollar corporation in their own state they’d need to present pretty compelling evidence for that alone.

If this was a law firm presenting a case on behalf of one individual, that would be another story. But this is a whole freaking state department after a 2 year investigation.
