and to sue their cash cows…really stupid regardless.
CA shouldnt bring a suit against any tech company unless the world is coming to an end.

Blizzard needs to come out and admit there were issues, not fight this in court and do whatever they can to cooperate and make this right. Fire all the leadership and start over.

Do you have employees who smoke? Do you have employees who poop? Pumping breast milk takes roughly the same amount of time and is a bodily function that cannot be denied.

I’m glad you’re not the kind of man to hire women because you seem like someone who would make them very sorry they ever tried to work for you, no matter how good their product of work turned out to be.

My guy, you said you’re a supervisor and have employees working under you, and you really claim you have no idea how a breastfeeding room works, something that is mandated under federal law?

How has no one sued the pants off you yet?

In the suit all of them not just one but all including TEN.

Ignored, yet replied to.

He doesn’t hire women. I mean, it’s the only explanation unless he’s just trolling for lulz.

No it doesn’t mean that there is no evidence. Nor am I saying there is no evidence. What I am saying is that Blizz felt that there would not be enough evidence to lose a case. And that the cost incurred in ligation would be less then the asked for out of court settlement (that usually includes a NDA.)

So to a rational person that means you hold judgment until you see the evidence, anything done before that is irrational and based on knee jerk emotions.

Or even better yet: why aren’t they letting ME touch their boobs in that room while they make me money!!!1

Honestly, just when you think you’ve seen it all on the forums… I am floored.

So what about the evidence the state of California presented in the court filing? Is that not evidence to you?

You new here?

amen.
There is a RIGHT thing to do…and what ActiBliz will end up doing.
I think they could go a long way with building trust again by literally NOT doing anything that comes natural to them.
Do a Constanza…do the exact opposite of whatever they would normally do. Starting by not allowing LAWYERS to make business decisions for them.

If they did that, I know I’d feel good about playing again. But they won’t. That statement they released makes that VERY clear.

Ex-movie studio mogul got extradited from NY state to face rape and sexual harrassment charges in California. He was convicted and in jail already but prosecutors are going after their pound of justice in California too.

Corporations can’t ignore or brush off these types of complaints nowadays.
