If you read the suit it states that they tried to work it through without litigation (section 19 line 5) but Blizz declined as they felt there wasn’t enough evidence.
All sides under the Activision-Blizzard umbrella. The companies are listed in the defendant section of the lawsuit.
The wife worked for a major corporation for over ten years.
Her district manager had harassed a local manager so bad she ended up writing a suicide letter and killed herself with a gun right in the business.
This clown kept running around like he was king of turd town for a while, but eventually they dismissed him with extreme prejudice because he became a legal liability.
One of his favorite things to do was sexually harassing any employee within eye shot. lol.
They always think they are invincible. Until they aint.

States don’t sue companies for no reason as they would want a company to continue to exist in their state as they would make money for the state.
With a state suing a company it only means the state themselves believe they have an open and shut case. They can’t win the case either. the state would continue to prolong it until the company would run out of money.
It’s over.
California wont even sue or tell the companies to stop that are causing a water shortage right now either. So this is really big.
All I get out of it is the devs had enough time to actually get this expansion out on time if the didn’t screw around in the office…

AHHHH, so this is why Blizzard can’t make a system that isn’t completely and utterly broken.

I can’t believe I have to explain this to you, but here goes…
It’s not JUST a Breast Feeding Room. It’s a room that CAN be used for that WHEN NEEDED. It doesn’t become unused just because you have no recent mothers.
And there are things called BREAKS and LUNCHES where women can take care of things like that. If a company allows women to take a few minutes to take care of that, paid or unpaid, that is up to them (unless the law forces them to do so…I honestly don’t know, and I’m sure it varies from state to state).

Sorry states sue companies all the time. Activision will pay a fine if they are found guilty.

What does the term breast feeding room what does that indicate? Well feeding is current tense so it would be the act of actively feeding a child at work. This is what I had assumed. Its what anyone who hasn’t had experience with CA laws and is familiar with the English language would assume.
