My progress on [All sides of the Story] achievement also got reset from 2/4 to 0/4, and those can’t really be get back since they’re unique quests.
I also have the same problem reported by another user on Hey Nanny Nanny Achievement Reset after Pre-Patch.
Seems like quest-chain-based achievements got messed up?
My achievement [Fruit of the Bloom] got reset. I had only 1 fruit left to acquire before the warband conversion. But now ALL of the fruits are greyed out. That’s a lot of time lost.
On the plus side, all my incomplete dungeon and raid hero achieves seem intact.
Indeed a bit of a problem. I have several achievement progress “resets” such as
Treasures of The Waking Shores
Treasures of the Ohn’ahran Plains
Treasures of The Azure Span
Treasures of Thaldraszus Treasures of Thaldraszus
…and a number more it seems.
All progress for wardrobe makeover and the gangs all here was gone. Abominal lives had a few that have disappeared, even though I had just handed them in again this week.
This is part of the Back from the Beyond meta achievement.

“Back from beyond” Gangs all here achievement was also reseted to all grey was missing only 4 construct for achievement ! When this gonna fixed
Lost all my progress on my achievements ‘‘Wardrobe Makeover’’ and ‘‘The Gang’s All Here’’.
Lost my Progress on the Just don’t ask me to spell it achievement, more specifically the Valdrakken, City of Dragons questline
I’m missing Treasures of the Waking Shores progress…had two to go. 
Same, so irritating.
Lost all Tetrachromancer achieve.
Same, went from 1 RNG fishing hole needed for meta (Tyrhold) to TWO RNG holes needed. Feels miserable.
Same Issue, My progress on [Hey Nanny Nanny Achievement] got reset as well.
Same here My fruit of the bloom and other achievements got reset too it freaking sucks especially when i was so close on finishing some of them.
Tetrachromancer the achieve for all the grand hunt companion colors is also reset, needed for Taivan meta achieve. I can clearly see at the companion customs npc that I have them all but not according to the achievement.
I lost all checked progress on “One That Didn’t Get Away” (even though it showed as given and a date) and I was on the character that earned the “Accomplished Angler” that requires it. It would be nice to look and see what ones on the list I never got.
I’ve also had complete progress reset on:
Tetrachromancer (ironically, I was missing only Brown and I noticed it when I finally got it today from the Blue Grant Hunt Spoils, and the achievement didn’t pop, I looked at the achievement and saw all the other colors were reset.)
Upon further investigation I had complete resets of:
Treasures of Thaldraszus (Was only missing the Duck, found the duck and no achievement popped) had the other five completed.

Hoping this is only a bug and will be fixed in short order. Will suck if they remove the meta achievement and don’t fix prior.
Could have had Taivan today if it wasn’t for this. My Hey Nanny Nanny got reset as well and I was waiting on Roaring Dragonsprings Fishing Hole but like everyone else I’m now missing Burning Ascent Fishing Hole. How annoying
Yep same problem. Be our guest: full reset. Taking from nature: unlearned burning ascent hole and learned tyrhold hole.
same thing happened to me too.
I too lost progress on some achievements with the patch. The post has been up for 12+ hours and no blue response yet. Hopefully it isn’t “just do it on another character”. Some of these take weeks waiting for correct circumstances to spawn/be active.
