Hey Nanny Nanny Achievement Reset after Pre-Patch

I have problems with some other achieves. I added mine to a more general sounding post about these. May be worth duplicating complaints there?

Achievement progress lost after War-Within Pre-Patch

My progress on [All sides of the Story] achievement also got reset from 2/4 to 0/4, and those can’t really be get back since they’re unique quests. I also have the same problem reported by another user on Hey Nanny Nanny Achievement Reset after Pre-Patch. Seems like quest-chain-based achievements got messed up?
